Best service ever best employees best McDonald’s out here
Nice place close to Macy's its gud place to crash for food
I come frequently and there is always an issue with the homeless at this location. McDonald’s on 13th St and McDonald’s on 17th St are much nicer. There is nothing wrong with the food or the service. You must expect panhandling every time you come. In this location, the neighbors experiencing homelessness (they are my neighbors after all) often have mental health problems. Please be kind, but understand that this is an issue at this particular McDonald's.

McDonald's offers fast service with staff who speak Spanish, and their products and bread appear freshly baked. However, there have been issues with late-night closing times and limited seating. The food quality is said to be higher than other McDonald's locations. There is no self-serve refill station, so it's recommended to order a large cup. The restaurant can get very busy, especially downtown, but customers generally experience clean spaces and decent service. The staff, including dedicated employees like Yulay, are praised for their politeness, enthusiasm, and attention to customers. The restaurant is known for great food and customer service, with some customers highlighting the happiness brought by the Happy Meal. Breakfast service may be limited to downstairs seating, and some orders, such as steak, egg, and cheese McMuffins, may sometimes be incorrect. Overall, the place tends to be crowded but provides a good experience, especially with attentive staff.
