This was a customized burger—paid for lettuce, tomato—-said they made it for me, from instructions from a “FED” & “C”—asked for 2 packs of ketchup—said it was in the bag with burger—there was no ketchup in the bag—so the McDonald employees took up the bad habits of the “FED’s” & “C’s”—-habitual liars—-why would the employees “channel” habitual lying, stealing, murdering, thugs???And when have “they” ever come to this restaurant for a burger??? I suggest the employees respect the customers that they have—here & now—-and NOT the ones, that will never come to their restaurant!

"Now Serving"-means we(McDonald's)serve smiles,does NOT apply to many locations-including this one. Upon arriving at store #25449, I proceeded to the pick up counter,to recieve an order for a customer for delivery. After being ignored for a few minutes,"Crew Trainer"by the name of Blanca(stated on nametag)approached me. She did not greet me,ask to take my order or offer to help- nope she just looked at me like I was bothering her. Quite frankly,it made ME bothered & uncomfortable.I didn't expect a kind or friendly greeting,but being in a customer service position,surely an acknowledgement verbally or in sign language IS necessary. Disregarding her comfrontational demeanor, I indicated that I was picking up an order and gave the recipient's name. She turned her back and started to walk away while shouting,"I need the last 3 numbers!" Confused,I mentioned that the orders' corresponding DIGITS,included a letter and relayed the alphanumeric sequence,as Blanca rudely ordered. She begrudgingly handed me the bag and TOLD me to confirm the order had been picked up. After doing so,I waited to verify her approval. She did not say anything,after submitting verification and only gave me a hateful look. I'm not sure why she did,but I told her that she should try and be more helpful and courteous. She immediately snapped back and said she was doing her job. Which was an odd response,so I pointed out that she was giving me mean eyes. She repeated herself, by saying she was doing her job and walked away. I told her that I didn't appreciate the way she gave me a mean look and I was going to report this incident. She then threatened to report me? I said that I hadn't done anything, then laughed, snapped her photo and left,avoiding further abuse. As a bicycle courier, it is extremely cumbersome ,dealing with harsh weather, navigation and app glitches,incorrect or mispackaged cargo,road closures,construction work,blocked sidewalks/bike lanes,unexpected car doors opening,being hit & hospitalized by wreckless drivers-all while disabled with pins, rods and staples keeping your body together. But NONE of these obstacles compares to the frustration I get,after I leave a DC McDonald's. The lack of respect & the inhumane treatment I recieve,has caused me to avoid ANY incoming requests-from McDonald's. Prejudice and Hate should NOT be tolerated.

I have not eat McDonald since 2007. I was waiting on 2 people at bathroom over 30 minutes - no complaints because only 1 bathroom. Finally I went to the bathroom- pee, fixed my hair, and use make up but customer complained and reported to manager opened a door - took me to finish in 15 minutes at another McDonald on New York Ave in downtown. Surprised- McDonald own orange juice, not Minutes Maid juice. McDonald foods was nasty. French Fries too hard, too much oil, and double quarter cheeseburger is not real beef 100% ???? Then next day I got cold running nose and sick with stomachache for a week. I used to work at McDonald in Florida back in 1986 - must be service done in 5 minutes but waited like 20 minutes. Changed so much. I will never come to different fast food restaurants and restaurants no more. I prefer home cooking at home.

Ordered a McChicken sandwich. When my number was called they didn't shout it for some reason. So it took excessively longer before I realized my order was ready for me. Upon eating more and more and pulling back the wrapper, I see a string of cheese. There's no cheese on McChicken's! How did such get wrapped up with my sandwich?

This is a nice McDonald’s. Located in a busy intersection near the sites. Is directly across the street from the national Museum of women in the arts. It’s also not very far from the mint. Food is good as you would expect. The ground level is small, but the upstairs is very big and has great views from the windows.Parking: This is a very busy street. Don’t plan on parking. Just walk.Kid-friendliness: Kids love this restaurant and then downstairs is perfect for themWheelchair accessibility: The downstairs where you water has a few tables that are handicap accessible. The upstairs where the majority of the seats are is not accessible.

People are nice and the food is so much better than in Panama. But there are some homeless people inside sitting and that brings down the atmosphere.
Poor atmosphere but for a to-go order you can't get much cheaper of an option in downtown DC. Avoid the bathrooms even if you are current on your vaccines, bring wipes and sanitizer if you plan on dining in, highly recommend you get in and get out quickly, it is what it is.

Average McDonald’s, nothing out of the ordinary. Good food, no complaints from there. Food delivered good, staff friendly and assisting. I enjoyed the food and was in walking distance of my location I was visiting for the day so no complaints. Check it out if you want just an ordinary fast food restaurant, no complaints.
