“After an extremely long day of traveling, I came here to grab some takeout for dinner. The owner/staff were so friendly and they prepared my meal right away! I ordered a chicken bento box with peach tea, which was delicious. Will definitely be back the next time I'm in DC!“

“I’ve tried many bubble tea spots around DC over the years, and this Kung Fu Tea location on MacArthur is by far the best. They always make everything perfectly - bubbles, sweetness, tea flavor… And the staff are very friendly!“

“This place is great! I got the spicy beef noodle soup and my wife got the scallop and pork soup dumplings and pan-friend pork buns and everything was very much to our liking. The broth was good, the pork buns were perfectly crispy on the outside and nice and qq on the inside, and the soup dumplings were CRAZY savory. I have no idea how they got the dumplings to be a punch of umami, but they did it!

The prices weren't crazy and the service was attentive but not overbearing. We also got the classic milk tea with boba and a mango-pineapple refresher and those were both good as well, though the food I think was better. Also, the menu recommended 50% sweet but we thought that even the 75% wasn't too sweet and the 50% on my refresher felt a little low.“

We ordered a Pho dish, a Vermicelli noodles dish, dumplings, and tempura shrimp. All were very good.

Service was fair. Vermicelli noodle dish came out first. 4 minutes later the appetizers. And the Pho never came. We had to go ask for it twice before getting it.

It’s not a “nice place” by any means. Open room, tables. Take a number at the register. They bring the food. Bathrooms were dirty. No paper products.

Food was very good though and worth the money and the trip in. All were very tasty and well prepared.

“The Chai is my latest obsession! Stopped in while visiting the White House and was blown away. The food was freshly prepared, hot and tasty. Service was fast and friendly. I would definitely frequent this eatery if I lived locally. For now, I am ordering their Chai online.“

“ETea was see at the Asian Festival on May the 17th. It was gloriously hot day and their teas were so yummy I had 4. Every one I tried tasted super and the BlueBerry was my all time Fav. “I ordered the Passion Mango Green Tea and wow — this drink is absolutely amazing! The flavor is bold, tropical, and incredibly refreshing. What really sets it apart is the green tea base — you can actually taste real jasmine in it, which gives it this delicate, fragrant depth that you don’t usually find in boba drinks.
I customized mine with regular ice, 50% sugar, mango jelly, coconut jelly, and mango pop — and every sip was perfectly balanced. The toppings added such a fun texture without overwhelming the drink. The mango pop was a delightful little burst of flavor!
The shop itself is clean, modern, and the service was quick. My order was ready right on time. If you haven’t tried the Passion Mango Green Tea yet, stop what you’re doing and go get one. Easily one of the best drinks I’ve had in a long time!“

“It was great! Very pretty inside the cafe, with a nice atmosphere to hang out with friends. Woman making the drinks was very nice when I asked about drink sizes. Ordered a matcha boba in a bear cup on the kiosk and fell in love with how cute it is! The cup is around a small size, and it costs only a dollar extra and I think it’s reusable! The drink itself is flavorful and the boba is chewy. Definitely will visit again!“

“I also ordered a basic pearl milk tea at 70% sugar. The milk tea itself tasted good great even, but the sweetness was a little off. The sugar or syrup they used tasted more like a sugar substitute, almost like the sweetness you get from chewing gum. Not bad, just not the typical milk tea sweetness I expected.

Overall, decent milk tea with a slightly unusual sweetener taste. I’d try other flavors before deciding if I wanted write this place off for milk tea.“

“I was in town from Tampa Florida and found Share tea across the street from my hotel. I went twice in the same day I loved it so much.!!! I am still thinking about the tea I had..:not sure if I will be able to find a place here in Tampa as good as ShareTea … The girl was also so helpful that was working there to explain the different teas that I could have.“

“I came in today and got a white chocolate milk tea. It was very sweet so I recommend reducing the sugar level to suit your taste. It was only $5 for 24 oz which is a lot better than some of the other options I have seen. The staff were very friendly and willing to correct the sweetness level of my drink with more tea. I definitely recommend it.

“My go-to boba place for Dirty Brown Sugar Milk Tea! It tasted amazing as usual. Service is a little slow because they’re understaffed even on weekends. The tables were not very clean and atmosphere felt a little bit dense, but their boba drinks are delicious nonetheless. Note that this location is priced higher than other locations.“

“Super refreshing and pretty place! I ordered the Mango Tea and my son ordered the Hawaii Milk Tea. It was a very mellow atmosphere inside, and our drinks came very quickly. The drinks weren’t overly sweet but were very refreshing!
