Had a boba craving kick in while visiting Georgetown, so we found our way to BeauTea. Though we are not knew to the BeauTea chain, this was our first time visiting this location. Our drinks were crafted well and tasted good. Service was efficient and the woman working the counter and making the drinks patiently answered questions that we posed. The service was nice and the store was clean, but the bubble tea was somewhat mediocre. Got the kumquat passion fruit tea and it was a bit watery; I usually order 50% sugar, so I could have just needed to order 100%. Might come back to give the milk tea a try but wouldn't get the fruit tea again.
The restaurant is located on the first floor, up a set of stairs and to the right. One should order at the kiosk and they'll call your order.While the pearls/boba are of good quality and perfectly squishy, the tea (I got the peach oolong) didn't taste the best.
