“The food is great. The prices are good for the location. You can also get boba here. The service is phenomenal. Erica is amazing and truly does all of her work with her heart. The workers here are real human beings that do things for the right reasons. The service is so good, that even if the food was terrible, I'd still give them 5 stars. “I visited Gong Cha on Tuesday, 8/29, and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service provided by two young boys working there. They were able to answer my questions and help me decide what to get. Their friendly demeanor and efficient service made my bubble tea experience even more enjoyable. The drinks were flavorful and refreshing, making it a delightful visit overall.(The peach lychee fruit drink with peach jelly is the drink that was recommended)“

“We got lucky and had lunch here during a day of tourism. Inexpensive and great food and boba. The cook (who was the only one working there as you can order with the ipad) was nice and the place was clean and cozy. We went at an off-peak time so we were able to sit at the counter but I imagine that during lunch rush it must mostly be for takeout as there are few seats. Also I don't think they had a bathroom as I looked around for one and didn't see it. It wasn't an emergency situation though so did not ask to use one.“

“The place is soooo cute with all the panda decorations. The food is good and made fresh, but I was disappointed by having my dumplings served on a paper plate, and my cucumber salad in a plastic container. Dumplings felt a little heavy for my preference. The person working here was very nice and helpful.

I feel like they are missing out a huge opportunity with their food presentation to make it a full panda experience. I liked it and would probably come here if I lived nearby, but wouldn’t go out of my way to come here to eat.

“definitely best boba in dmv, even the world! we are regulars here (1-3 times a week) and never go to a different place—not even other kung fu tea locations! atmosphere is great—they play cheerful music. staff are welcoming and so so kind. boba is delicious too! chewy, sweet, and refreshing! love this boba place so much i cannot put it in words.“

“This place has a great selection of boba drinks. So far I’ve tried only two though: matcha milk tea ( my go-to drink) and ube coconut. The matcha is the best in town IMO! It’s very easy to adjust it to your strength and sweetness. Absolutely love it!! But you GOT to try the ube coconut!!!! My new absolute favorite!!! It’s THE BOMB!!! Again, the sweetness is easily adjusted. Just go and try it!! They also make bahn mi sandwiches. Looking forward to trying it!!“
