Employees forgot to make online orders before the pickup times. There is a line of people waiting for their pick-up orders. After six people still waiting on their pickup orders, many orders still haven't been completed. The priority needs to shift to half a dozen people who are still waiting more than 20 minutes after the scheduled pick-up times

Went there around 7:30 pm on Wednesday, November, 8th. The guy who was making sandwiches seemed very uninterested in serving us. He was on his phone and made us wait at the counter for about 5 minutes until he spoke to us. When he spoke, he didn’t even look at us. It was the worst experience that I had at any restaurants here in DC. I will never visit this potbelly again.

I visited Potbelly’s today at 7:56 PM, only to find it unexpectedly closed prior to the official closing time. Adding to the frustration was the lack of customer service or any reasonable explanation for this early closure. This was not just inconvenient, but also a letdown considering the distance I traveled. The absence of communication and poor service has significantly marred my perception of Potbelly’s.

Rudest customer service I've ever experienced. I work around the block so I've tried popping in several times but each time it gets worse. I originally assumed maybe they were just having a bad day. Boy was I wrong. There's a subway nearby. Save yourself and go there. You will not feel welcome/ certainly will not be treated kindly, scratch that, decently, at this location.

My 7 month pregnant wife went here to ask to fill her personal cup with water a few weeks ago when it hit about 97 degrees in DC on July 29th at about 4:30pm. A male attendant said yes, but what appeared to be a female supervisor rushed out to tell my wife she wasn't allowed to get tap water from their soda machine. Disgusting human being working here. Not sure what type of culture management is creating here. Luckily she went to Starbucks next door where they even gave her a large cup.

Service was excellent. One of our family members dropped half of their sandwich on the floor right after ordering. The employees gave them a replacement at no charge. So kind. Food was good, too.

It is amazing how consistent they are at screwing up my orders. I am not exaggerating when I say they have messed up every single order I placed. I have given them four separate chances and they screwed it up every single time. Today was the last damn straw. I am starving hungry and very busy. Now I have to miss lunch completely. It's not even worth it to use the free meal perk I got in the app.

A very odd place. They limit what salads they will serve from the menu depending on the time of the day. Not entirely sure what determines what they will serve, but makes ordering unpredictable.
