First time in DC, and first time eating at Potbelly. My sandwich was humongous! I got a veggie one. They are very generous with the toppings! And it tasted so good. I wish there was a potbelly in California! I’d eat there all the time.
Bathroom was horrendous!
Retraction of complaint of missing chicken salad on the chicken salad salad...it was on the bottom ordered via Uber Eats. My apologies.

Potbelly is a restaurant where employees are kind and work well as a team, even during busy times. They provide great customer service. One customer enjoyed the BBQ pork belly sandwich and appreciated the friendly interaction from the staff, who were quick to open and welcome them. The staff's attentiveness and pleasant demeanor made a positive impression.
