My chips were stale and my bowl was only half full. I did order pick up and was disappointed when I went to eat the order.

My boyfriend and I go out of our way to visit the Chipotle on Vermont Avenue in DC because of Olga. From the moment you walk in, she greets everyone with a smile, and the ingredient line/bar is always spotless, fresh, and perfectly organized.
Not only is she incredibly friendly and welcoming, but she also makes the best bowl (with a tortilla on the side 😉) out of any Chipotle I’ve ever been to. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and the customer experience.
