Had a wonderful experience with your employee Austin. I was having one of those days where I kept encountering unpleasant people and situations and then I entered your restaurant and was pleasantly served by Austin. He was so friendly and kind and didn’t mind explaining the contents of every salad even though there was a menu board hanging from the ceiling which I didn’t see until later. I never ate here before so I didn’t know anything. Thank you for hiring kind and helpful people!

Okay place. Nothing special. Its more a “grab a sandwich for lunch break”-place than a family restaurant.

I was shocked by the price difference between this location and the one a short walk away. If you want to save around $2.50 on your meal walk to the 1050 K St. location.

Potbelly (Washington DC: 555 12th street) is a great restaurant. Our servers Nishan and Mason were very kind as they took care of our group of 24 people 1 hour before closing time. The food was delicious and prepared quickly considering they only had two staff on duty at the time. Thanks again guys!!!

Great job to Denise for her customer service and a great sandwich. There was miscommunication on toppings and Denise quickly addressed the situation and went above and beyond to ensure that the next sandwich was perfect and the drink. I was surprised when I called in and reported the issue and she stated it was no problem and said she remembered the order. How is that possible out of all the orders that come in? When I went in to pick up the order, she remembered me even though she did not know what day I would come in, the time, nor what I looked like. I was super impressed and thought she was a great representation of the company. The stuffed sandwich with all the condiments was the best. I appreciate the quality service!!

Am an old fan of Potbelly in Washington DC , now my kid also become one now . He just loved their max and cheese bacon bowl , it’s like a soupy and creamy rich with chicken chunks . My favourite is their steak sandwich and turkey club . The taste and nostalgia still remains there .

Every single time I come to this location they end up having to redo the order. The staff do not listen! I repeated my order to them 3 times and they still messed up. They move extremely slow. I suggest more accurate training.

Heartwarming experience today! I walked back from a meeting today and stopped at Potbelly to get my favorite milkshake! As I was there, an unhoused woman came in and was rummaging through the trash. The manager of the place asked her if she could make her a sandwich and the woman shook her head yes. She kept going through the trash but then left. The manager gave the sandwich to one of the employees who did one of those jump-and-slide-over-the-counter moves and he ran down the street to give her the sandwich. I was feeling a bit down (hence the walk and milkshake), before I went in, and I left with just tears of hope and so much optimism about people and the future. Thought I'd share!
