Great job to Denise for her customer service and a great sandwich. There was miscommunication on toppings and Denise quickly addressed the situation and went above and beyond to ensure that the next sandwich was perfect and the drink. Am an old fan of Potbelly in Washington DC , now my kid also become one now . He just loved their max and cheese bacon bowl , it’s like a soupy and creamy rich with chicken chunks . My favourite is their steak sandwich and turkey club . The taste and nostalgia still remains there .

Potbelly (Washington DC: 555 12th street) is a great restaurant. Our servers Nishan and Mason were very kind as they took care of our group of 24 people 1 hour before closing time. The food was delicious and prepared quickly considering they only had two staff on duty at the time. Thanks again guys!!!
