Food is consistently good, the bubbie's pop-up has some of my fave menu items. Most recently the chicken sammich w/ the asian mustard, SLAPS! Paired w/ the trolley fries, absolutely yummy! One of my fave spots where takeout is just as good as dining in, b/c they package w/ care.

Took 15 min to sit us down in a half empty resturant, another 15 to get us waters. Then we sat watching the solo waitress stop to have several conversations with staff, other guests, and sit other ppl. The food looked excellent as the who I assumed the cook brought meals out of the back for the other tables. We were never visited by the waitress again after bringing water and we sat for another 30 mins untill we got up and left. Total time spent 1 hour for almost no service. Right next door is a fire Mexican joint that took care of us immediately.

I frequent Pow Pow often as I live close by, and am sadly considering avoiding as they just seem to be going downhill. Management needs to be more supportive of their works. They seem unstaffed and overworked. Our order yesterday was seriously lacking in vegetables, even though it promised 'lots' of veggies. And the noodles had clearly been sitting out and were completely stale. I've attempted to message them privately for previous issues, so wondering if going publicly with the issues I've faced as a customer will matter to them.

I’ve had powwow at the Franklin Square location and the Sesame chicken was not like this. It was actually fried and slightly crispy. I get that sometimes into goat containers things can get a bit soggy, but this is just literal blobs of mushy Seitan and barely any batter for it to even be remotely fried

enjoyed the variety. ordered via doordash, so not sure how that affected the food vs. if we had eaten in the restaurant. we had the sichuan dumplings, mongolian beef and broccoli, and the teriyaki chik’n. overall, it tasted okay

Went here with my dad, absolutely LOVED the mongolian beef & broccoli chow mein, might be the best asian dish i've ever had! my dad really enjoyed the buffalo fried chicken sandwich and the trolley fries. Staff are friendly, comfy seating, nice area. 10/10 experience!!
I love this place and I eat here often. Noodles are fire. It’s a treat to get this type of vegan food without cooking it myself. Love the H st location.

Buddha Bowl $12 roasted cauliflower, sesame ginger cucumber edamame, pickled carrot, tomato and sriracha cashew-peanut crumbles w. miso tahini drizzle - this was a good two meals for me. It was filling with lots of flavors that blended well together.
Wanted to try their fried cashew mozzarella but they were out of mozzarella. Got the Miso Roasted Sweet Potatoes $7 instead. This was good. A bit too much sauce but when mixed was fine.
Would get both items again but would also like to try a bunch of things on their menu.
