People bring their kids to this bar?? Food was pretty good, but night of our visit one guy, the bartender was waiting on the entire room. Kids screaming and crying. Uninviting atmosphere. It was a rainy hot humid Sunday evening. Not a place to bring crying kids. We left early, because of this. Too bad, because we would've stayed longer & ordered more. I felt sorry for the bartender.
Chill bar, very good food.
Great dive. This is a bar to go to if you also want a filling dinner in a non fussy environment. I had the pork belly gnocchi and was pleasantly surprised, though it was very indulgent and you should definitely order to share and then pair with something vegetal.

Granville Moore's is a cozy spot with amazing beer selections and delicious food. The Thai curry mussels and classic frites are must-tries. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about beer pairings. Whether you're looking for a casual night out with friends or a cozy date night, this is the place to be. The atmosphere is perfect, especially on chilly days. It's a great place to enjoy the best burger in DC and have a memorable dining experience. Burgers are outstanding if you want the bigger more American type burger compared to say a smash burger. The fries are excellent, and the beers are the best in the city. Duvel is the greatest beer ever, no one else pours them this good! This place has ruined mussels for me because they are that good! The happy hour features a smaller portion of the mussels that still fills you up. Don't forget the frites and sauces! Amazing service.
