We stopped here several times. I am a big ice cream buff my wife does not do dairy. They had two flavors of dairy free. The mango had a wonderful flavor, I even had it on one occasion. Very close to the White House.
I work nearby and this recent discovery made for a terrific afternoon treat on a recent Friday. The banana and Guatemalan ripple were both excellent! They have a loyalty card where your 8th scoop is free so be sure to ask if you are a local!
My husband and I wandered out of our hotel looking fir dessert. Found presidential scoops and enjoyed caramel pretzel and raspberry flavors. No seats but near park with benches by White House. Not much is open at night in this part of town so we were happy to find it. Great way to end the day.
