It's a tiny shop with a small pastry selection. The coffee was great but wouldn't say it was my favorite coffee shop on my trip to DC. There are a few tables and some seating along the windows as well. Some of the tables have outlets which is great if you need to charge your phone.
One of my new favorite places for coffee in DC and I can't believe I didn't try it earlier! The iced vanilla latte was one of the best I've had in the downtown area - super creamy and smooth. I will say it's a little on the expensive side even for DC, but I appreciate their commitment to ethically sourced free trade coffee! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cup of coffee while strolling around the White House area.

4/5 stars, would be 5/5 except for the atmosphere and slightly slower service (other locations are well oiled machines.) Get a large latte with an extra shot of espresso. a/o December 2023 all Swings locations make consistently similar
