This is a new pizza joint in Dupont. The pizza is solid and tasty. The crust and undercarriage is great. I got the Meatsa pie and it does not disappoint. Flavor profile is good - from sauce to the toppings - savory and rich without being overly salty and leaving you fee bloated. Definitely will be back for more! I give Protest Pizza four stars because NO ONE gets five stars..thats just crazy talk.

Great new NY style pizza spot in DuPont. Loved the mumbo pizza and garden pizza! I also recommend the yuzu sparkling lemonade drink!

Will def stop by here again and again for a late night slice 😋

A++ from start to finish. There's a wide choice of creative by-the-slice options, all delivered to your seat at the bar or a table, served piping hot on a perfectly crisp thinner crust. Whole pies or slices are also available for dine-in or take out. Both times I've been there the food has been terrific and the bar was well-stocked (including Republic Restoratives, owned and led by local women, located in NE DC!) with a wide selection of bottled brews and other beverages. The bartenders and the vibe are friendly, and the owners are usually around since they're *just* getting up and started. It's SO great to have a top drawer, comfy LGBTQ-owned slice shop in the neighborhood in easy walking distance to nightlife options. It's definitely not your run of the mill slice shop and I'm definitely going back!!

Very inclusive place but I’ll tell you, they alright with me and I hope the other patrons that visit believe it too.

Came here with the lady to get some pizza after a night of events and I gotta say these folks get the pizza right from 1st experience.

It is $5 a slice but who cares, the rent high in DC and folks get hungry. The good people here got something going and it works.

Pizza, liquor and wine in somebody bottom floor. Sound DC to me.

Great pizza. Great staff. Great vibes. Has become my local go to pizza place! Have tried over 7 different slices over separate visits. Personal favorite is the Garlic Mushroom & Truffle and the Spicy Pepperoni Jalapeño.
