This little gem is hiding in plain sight on Rhode Island Avenue. I have had the brunch and dinner and the food is delicious, in particular their shrimp and grits and red snapper. I enjoy eating on the rooftop, weather permitting. It's Nina's place and you won't be disappointed when you stop by.
My friend and I came to Provost randomly on a Saturday around midday. It has been on my list to try but, honestly, we were a bit skeptical initially because when we entered the restaurant we saw a group at the booth but we did not see any staff nor were we greeted upon coming in. I love Provost DC! Yesterday, was my first time dining at Provost DC. I had brunch yesterday afternoon with some friends. I cannot express enough how much I liked the food.
