Me & my brother stopped by to grab a Açaí bowl on the weekend. Well, it was so good we had to come back for seconds. When we came by a second time we were greeted & welcomed in by a lovely lady by the name of Christine. She’s really sweet & honestly brings so much light into the atmosphere. What stood out to me was not only her warm embrace, but her service like spirit. She brought our bowls directly to us while we were seated. I also noticed her bring another customers smoothie directly to him right outside of the establishment! Very humble spirit. I appreciated her so much!

I came in one day and wasn’t sure what to get. Krystal suggested the pure green smoothie. It was so delicious and refreshing. Customers service is amazing!! It’s a very welcoming experience from the time you step in the doors. Check them out!!!

They don’t blend their smoothies all the way, I’m drinking the purple haze right now and getting blueberry skin and other things floating around my mouth and stuck in my teeth. And no this isn’t the default for when you add blueberry smoothies because I’ve never had this happen at any other smoothie place. Very disappointed.

I go to Pure Green DuPont Everytime I am in the DC area, and I must say they never disappoint. The staff is friendly. The owners even work in the store themselves. Everyone is so welcoming that it feels like home. My favorite juice to get is the Soul Kick! But they have many other options to choose from. I also love the Watermelon drink as well. Check them out! Highly recommend

Confusing at best. I ordered through the store website, which confirmed my order. I arrived to find a sign on the door telling me the store was closed due to loss of power (understandable). I asked for a refund and was informed I would have to do it in the “platform” through which I ordered (Reminder: I used pure green’s own website). The owner then called and again declined to process my refund, offering instead a gift certificate for the value of my unfulfilled order. While I understand the power outrage, I don’t understand the store confirming my order and then declining to refund me. I’ll let my credit card sort it out…

I was visiting from out of town and these are the nicest employees! The store is also super clean and you can see the staff actively cleaning which let's me know it's a good place to come.

If you need a large order, Pure Green Dupont got you covered. Order was seamless and ready for pick up. This store just celebrated it's one year anniversary and owners Krystal and Tenisha have done an amazing job supporting wellness events around the city. I'm a proud to have racked up enough points recently for $10 off my order.

The customer service is 0 .the girl who serves there waits for me to put a tip on the register even though tip is optional .I went out to pick up food from nearby store and she didn't make my drinks and I asked where my smoothie is and she never apologized. Instead she said hmm hold on am making it I soon as I restock the jars.

I was the only customer in the store and it took 13 minutes for my smoothie to be ready. I understand when it’s busy but there were no other orders. They seemed to be prioritizing online orders over in store. After 11 minutes of waiting I asked what was going on and the person working said “oh I can start that for you” …? If I hadn’t asked would they not have made my smoothie? There were 3 people behind the counter and none of them were preparing food so I don’t really know what the deal was.

Waited 15 minutes for a $15 smoothie. Smoothie tastes like dirt.

Had a great experience my first time at Pure Green. The service was great, the Chocolate Hazelnut Açaí Bowl was really good and the atmosphere was nice and clean. I’ll definitely return when I get back to DC.
