FYI Google Maps is wrong. Restaurant is located on E Street, not 11th Street.

This place is a million times better than Chipotle, who tries to skimp on portion sizes and charges twice as much. I could eat an entire Chipotle bowl by myself and still feel hungry, but something about Qdoba is so filling that I struggle to finish one. Where else can you get lunch for under $10 in DC?

It’s saddening that i have to write this. But this location is ridiculous. I’ve called to ask a simple question. How do i get point for my rewards on UberEats. They put me on hold and ended the call. They purposely did not answer the phone the last 4 times i called and when they did answer instead of telling me “i don’t know” or “I’m not sure” they hung up the phone again. I just want my points for my order THATS IT. This isn’t the only issue i have had with this particular location. They don’t answer the phones but when i go in there everyone is standing around or on their phone at the register.

I also called them numerous times about putting a taco shell in my bowl because online doesn’t give me the option to add that anymore. I also explained to her if i do it as a salad i am unable to add rice. Which means I’ll be calling the store and asking you guys to put that into my bowl. She didn’t understand and told me to just order it as a salad.

I love this restaurant because i personally think it’s better than chipotle but this location is gonna give you guys a bad rep. The customer service NEEDS to be better.

A first try Qdoba and Crofton and I loved it so I tried to find one close to my house I found one in downtown Washington DC which is about 15 minutes from my house driving, I passed two Chipotles to get to Qdoba and I would gladly drive the extra distance.

The store mixed up my UberEats order with a Door Dash order. I got Vivian S’s order instead of my own. Someone at the store put my ticket on the outside of her bag, but inside of the bag was another ticket with her name on it. The store staff needs to be more careful & observant of how they're packing the orders. Yes, I notified UberEats of the mix up

The food is good and there is a lot of options. The only issue is that this is the hottest restaurant I have ever been in.

The place was very clean considering where we were in DC. I loved the food so much! It was fresh and warm.

The food was good. The problem I had is with the staff. After I finished my meal, I asked the man behind the counter for the bathroom code. Maybe he was the manager, I don't know. He said the bathroom was only for customers. I told him I WAS a customer, and just finished my meal. He accused me of being a customer of a different restaurant (And Pizza, which was next door). This was because I was sitting outside with some friends who had purchased their meals from And Pizza. I told him to ask the woman who served me at the counter, and she confirmed that I WAS in fact a customer at Q-Doba. The man behind the counter still refused to let me use the bathroom, so I called him stupid, and flipped him the bird. To my surprise, he flipped me the bird back. What a horrible person to not let customers use the bathroom, and then insult them afterwards! I will not be going to this place anymore, and plan to lodge a formal complaint with the management.

I order 2 bowls from this location, the steak bowl was great, but my ground beef bowl taste like the meat had been reheated. It was dry and had a greasy bad after taste. I threw it up after brushing my teeth. Was not happy at all for the money I spent.

I spent almost $50 at QDOBA for just two burritos and some queso, and I seriously regret every penny. The steak in my burrito was so tough and rubbery it was almost impossible to chew, and the chicken was bone-dry like it had been sitting out all day. The queso was watery and flavorless, and the chips tasted stale—not fresh at all. I tried calling the store to share my concerns, but no one answered. I ended up throwing everything in the trash because it was just not edible. For what I paid, this is completely unacceptable. I want a full refund.

This location opts out of promotions like National Burrito Burrito Day. Disappointing to say the least.
