One of the best hookah place in dc. I would recommend their Lamb chops and Egg rolls. The sauce was so delicious and I wanted to know what they use. Definitely recommend it.

Had a reservation at 12 when they opened. They weren't open, people were just showing up. Once we got in at 12:15 pm to a cold restaurant, no music, holes in the bench seats and no service. We left and went somewhere else after waiting 15 more minutes.

Silk bar blew me away! The energy was incredible, the drinks were on point, and Sam the owner and the team delivered the kind of warm, personal service you rarely find anymore. He made the whole night feel special. Absolutely unforgettable spot!

Definitely coming back!

We want there around 3:50 pm for brunch but the brunch ends at 4. We were so lucky we get to order brunch and dinner menu. I don’t know they had cake which is cool, most of dc lounges not even serving desert. Hey will come again guys it was great to have enjoyed ya brunch. Kudos to my server who’s recommended the cake.

One of the best hookah place in dmv. Never had the smoothest experience with hookah ever. I believe they also use coconut coals as well which most of dc spot don’t use. The jerk chick egg rolls are the best and it’s fun because I was expecting oxtail egg rolls. The DJ and the ambiance is very cool and o would definitely recommend to everyone.

Came for my 38th birthday yesterday and it did not disappoint! Food was amazing! I had the lamb chops and fries and my hubby had jerk chicken pasta and he enjoyed. The only thing I would say that I was confused about is the happy hour prices. Our check was different from what the online prices were but my spouse was fine so I let it be. Special s/o to Bianca and Sania (not sure of spelling) but they were friendly and made my birthday a little more special! AWESOME SERVICE LADIES!!

This place is pure trash. I paid $300 to book a table and have them show a happy bday sign for my friend. The table was trash, in a basic area (the place is tiny), they displayed the happy bday sign for no more than 8 seconds, and the waitress had a terrible attitude. It was clear she did not like working there. Then on top of that they charged an extra $250 for the basic food we ordered while there. TOTAL TRASH. The decor is nonexistent, customer service absolutely terrible, and the food is basic. I'm confident they won't be in business for long.

I came here with my family to support and try some Caribbean dishes, but unfortunately, the experience was really disappointing.

We ordered the Rasta Pasta, Oxtail Egg Roll, Jerk Chicken Egg Roll, Chicken Wings, and Mashed Potatoes. The Mashed Potatoes were decent, and the Chicken Wings were probably the best thing we tried, but everything else fell short.

The Rasta Pasta was completely unappetizing and lacked any real flavor. The Oxtail Egg Roll barely had any oxtail in it, maybe 5% at most, the rest was just rice, peas, and some filler vegetables. The Jerk Chicken Egg Roll didn’t taste like jerk chicken at all. Overall, the food tasted generic and not worth the price.

Speaking of price, the food was way overpriced, and on top of that, there was a mandatory 20% gratuity added to the bill. The waitress even insisted that we add an additional tip, even though all she did was bring out our food. To make matters worse, the drinks came in plastic cups, and we were given plastic forks and knives to eat with, which really cheapened the experience.

Honestly, this might be an okay spot if you’re out late, drinking, or smoking hookah and just want something to munch on. But if you’re coming for the food itself, it’s a big mistake. The dishes taste like something straight out of a Sysco foods freezer section, overpriced and underwhelming. I would not recommend it.

I made a reservation, however there was plenty of space and really no need to make a reservation.

Pros:
1. The jerk (salmon, chicken, or shrimp) pasta is very good.
2. Prices are reasonable.

Cons:
1. Music is overwhelming loud. Club level for such a small area. You have to yell to communicate with everyone, even the waitress. I was told they dont know how to turn it down. Two people walked out complaining about the noise level.

2. Food was served on ceramic plates, with plastic dinner utensils and drinks were canned sodas accompanied by iced filled clear plastic cups. . .Why?

3. Tables are extremely flimsy and wobbly.

4. The front door takes more that 5 minutes to close. Allowing for the cold air to sweep through the dining area making for an uncomfortable experience.

5. I was not greeted at the door. I had to walk farther into the establishment before being greeted. Very slow service. There were only two customers at the bar. Three tables were occupied.

6. Staff dress attire is not consistent with a casual atmosphere. Waist trainers are cute, but not something associated with 4+ star restaurant.

This place has so much potential to be a great chill spot. Honestly, the place would get 4 stars easily if it just turned down the music to a moderate level, purchase some dinerware, and fix the tables. The oxtail egg rolls are a unique item. To much rice, and the meat is almost minced.

If you want good food? Its perfect for a carry-out. As for a date night out, Its a hard pass.

Went for a late night dinner date and had a great time. Food was sooo delicious, they had a DJ, hookah and loved their Long Island drink. Overall we loved this intimate spot.

Good-
The Food was Good

Bad-
it’s more of a hookah lounge than a restaurant in. It’s more of a younger crowd.

Ugly-
I hate waiting for food and the wait for the food was too long. We left early cause we knew it would be a longer wait for the main dishes

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We rolled in with the conference crew and this spot did not disappoint. The food was fire 🔥, the hookahs were smooth 💨, and the DJ had the whole place vibing 🎶. Service was on point — they treated us like regulars even though it was our first time. Great energy, great crowd, great night. We’ll definitely be back. 💯🍽️💃🏽

I’d heard great things about this restaurant, so I decided to check it out for myself. The service was prompt, and my waitress was friendly and cool. The menu had a good variety, and I tried the Sunrise Tequila—it was really good! Just a quick note: there’s a 20% service fee automatically added to the bill, so keep that in mind. Overall, a nice experience!
