Best Ramen in DC. Casual pick up counter, so delicious and great service. So many toppings in the ramen. Miso is my go to, but you really can’t go wrong with any of their options.
Let me tell you about this awesome ramen place! I placed an order for Miso Ramen through Uber Eats and when I got to the Grace st location I was told I put in the order for the wrong location. Well I just accepted that I made the mistake/would eat the cost but Hirro (I believe he’s the owner) remade my order without hesitation. I forgot to take pictures but I genuinely like this place. I had a quick lunch there and the miso ramen was delicious. Good amount of meat and other ingredients. It's a small food court kind of place where the tables are shared across several restaurants, but the atmosphere was pretty nice when I visited.

Ramen by UZU is considered by many to serve the best ramen in DC. It operates as a casual pick-up counter and offers great service. The ramen comes with so many toppings, and while Miso is a go-to, you really can’t go wrong with any of their options. The Miso Ramen is delicious with a good amount of meat and other ingredients. The vegan ramen is outstanding, with a rich, complex, and deeply satisfying broth that is some of the best. The quality is great, like being in a Tokyo takeout spot. The atmosphere is pretty nice, though it is a small food court kind of place where the tables are shared across several restaurants. Some ingredients were fresh and tasty, though the tofu was a solid 5/10, and the sauce was tasty and on the heavy-handed side of perfect. However, the portion size for anything breaking $10 was laughable, with the $16 cold noodle bowl being the cheapest item on the menu. It is a great place to get something tasty if you are in a different tax bracket.
