I had a great experience! Dejuan helped me customize my food since it was my first time there and I’m newly vegan. He took the time to explain options and helped me put the flavors together perfectly—it honestly made the whole visit. I’ll definitely be back! P.S. No pics because I CRUSHED!!!

I live nearby and used to stop by often, but after seeing how unprofessional the manager is and how little respect he shows his clients, I won’t be coming back!
Food is great, very good value for money. Jorge is amazing, always here to help and give you the best advice

First time here with family and kids, and we absolutely loved it — the Chicken Tikka Bowl and Tandoori Paneer Burritos were delicious, and the masala chai was amazing. Tasty food, excellent customer service — overall a great experience and a must-visit place!

The food that was served to us was clearly not fresh. It tasted stale and gave the impression that it had been prepared much earlier rather than made fresh. This significantly affected our dining experience and did not meet basic quality expectations.
Considering the condition and quality of the food, I believe a full refund is appropriate. I would appreciate the return of the amount paid, as the service and product delivered were not acceptable.

The atmosphere and service are excellent. However, there is scope for improvement in the overall taste of the food, particularly the vegetable dishes. The gobi, in particular, could be prepared better.

Rasa served a delicious Indian-style bowl that reminded me of a Chipotle-style build‑your‑own meal, but with rich flavors. Jorge and the rest of the staff were warm and welcoming, plus the place is super kid‑friendly. Overall, the food was fresh, tasty, and absolutely worth a visit.

As a concept of enticing palates that have never tasted Indian food with salads, Rasa remarkable succeds. For anyone that knows what Indian food or what chicken like tikka masala tastes please guide any potential customers to a nearby Wegmans to enjoy their frozen Indian meals. Their wallets will be thankful. Despite the authentic and original artwork, Rasa is an Indian establishment in name only as it only succeeds in delivering a meal only slightly better than an Air India meal.
This is in no way a criticism of the staff, decor, ambiance or franchiser. It is unfortunate that they have to serve food formulated by a company chef that has no idea what Indian food should taste like.
The crowning jewel and the only reason I cannot in good faith give this franchise a 1/5 is the mango lassi which is exceptional and the only thing that makes a trip worth while. It is truly refreshing with a balance of sweetness and sourness. Please for the sake of anyone wanting Indian food, close down your restaurants and put all your efforts into your mango lassis.
I am conflicted with my rating as I need to balance the exceptional mango lassi, competent staff and quality decor with the need to protect potential customers from a disappointing meal. My heart truly goes out to the owner for being saddled with a disappointing franchise

Good food and friendly services - thank you Jorge for the good vibes! This RASA location is also well-decorated. Highly recommend their masala chai and Indian yogurt if you haven’t tried.

The food at RASA Navy Yard is absolutely delicious! Their lamb meatballs are tender, flavorful, and honestly unforgettable — and the garlic naan is to die for. Fresh, vibrant, and always seasoned perfectly. They never miss.
But what really takes this location to the next level is the design and atmosphere. Just look at these photos — the colorful wall art, the modern lighting, the hanging chairs, the whole vibe is stunning. It’s bright, warm, and so aesthetically pleasing. You can eat here, relax, or just enjoy the ambiance. It feels like a little escape right in Navy Yard.
And I have to give a big shoutout to Dejaun. He ALWAYS takes care of me and makes sure everything is perfect. His customer service is consistently top-tier and makes every visit even better.
If you’re in Navy Yard, you have to try this place. Amazing food, beautiful space, and outstanding service. Highly recommend!
