We went one hour before closing, not sure is it the reason that there is no AC, therefore we decided to take out since it is 5 minutes walk from our hotel. The foods are plenty good, including the miso soup.

Ordered a ramen bowl w Spicy Chicken - pretty big size came to about $20. Very filling and had enough leftover to eat for dinner, so in hindsight it was $10 😉 girl math lol.

A Hidden Gem in DC – Race Bar is a Must-Try!
Race Bar is an absolute standout in the DC food scene. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with an atmosphere that perfectly blends authenticity with a sleek, modern vibe — it feels both welcoming and exciting.
The food? Incredible. Every dish bursts with bold, flavorful ingredients, and the portions are more than generous. You can build your own bowl or choose one of their expertly crafted options off the menu — either way, you can’t go wrong. The price per bowl is surprisingly reasonable for the quality and quantity you get.
The staff really sets this place apart. Friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the food they’re serving — it’s the kind of genuine service that makes you want to come back again and again.
Whether you’re a local or just passing through DC, Race Bar is one of those spots you’ll be recommending to everyone. Flavorful food, fantastic prices, and a vibe that hits just right. Don’t miss it!

It’s near the VFS center. If you want a quick Asian-style meal, it’s the place to go.

Pretty decent fast casual Korean restaurant in DC area. There aren’t a lot of non-American cuisine options, so this was a pleasant surprise! The staff is quite efficient and quick with the order. Took a bit of time to understand the ordering system - you put your order on a paper, write your name on it and pass it to the staff to make your order. We went on a Friday around dinner time and there were quite a few people but still managed to find some seats.
Would recommend the ramen and the bibimbap.
Great food near national mall with great prices: we dined in and ordered 4 dishes with two drinks, $75! quick meals with many options of vegetables and proteins.

Gave me and my coworker food poisoning!! They must had had their food out too long. We had the Bibimbap. I had bulgogi and she had short ribs.

I was expecting a bit more of the traditional bibimbap but theirs had a modern flair. Make sense if they wanted to appeal to the clientele in the area.
Flavors were good. Super quick and nice staff. Unfortunately, I was halfway through my lunch when I noticed they had purple rice as an option (which wasn't on their ordering sheet). But that's ok, it was still pretty good for a quick serve establishment.

We went here to grab a quick work lunch to go. I appreciated the paper check mark system to order. It is useful for people with different kinds of communication. The gentleman at the check out made a recommendation for sauces that was fire. Great spot the line moved fast.
