There is a reason why Tosca is a go-to restaurant in D.C. Whether it's your first or 500th time dining there, the service, food and ambience is consistently outstanding. Today I started with a frisee salad with spring asparagus and a poached egg that was fresh and absolutely delicious, followed by their pasta with a beef and veal ragu, which I find myself craving even in the midst of D.C.'s hot summer months. Can't wait for my next meal there - highly recommend!
A lovely restaurant where everyone is treated like a special guest. The food and service are top notch as is the people watching. Highly recommend - especially for a business lunch.
Johnathan, the host makes every patron feel like home. Top shelf, exquisitely prepared creative Italian. Wine list will compliment any budget. Service is attentive but not overbearing.
