Service was outstanding. Had a caprese salad with some of their homemade bread just before a meeting I had to run too. They were quick and the salad and bread was delicious, felt like a meal in it's self. Large portion. Would highly recommend for families and prices were very reasonable
We had a great experience at Rosemarino. Party of eight including one with a gluten intolerance and everything was excellent. Thank you!
Our business dinner was amazing and our server. Zander, made it a great experience!! Food and selection was fantastic!
Nice place. Little noisy on a Saturday but no impact on experience. Great food. Good Service
All our dishes were amazing! There are so many options we will need to come back for more. All pasta was home made and tasted divine. 3 picky kids all loves their dishes too! Staff were thoughtful as well.
Normally everything is excellent when I go but for Valentine's Day there likely was some organizational issues that lead to missed appetizer, or bread wasn't brought til I had to remind twice before the meal (little over an hour) as well as just slow service in general but slower is expected on valentines. The food itself was quite good however the seafood meal was not. It tasted like it was cooked without salt or a sauce which was a little odd so it did not have much flavor at all. The complementary wine while waiting to be seated was a great touch. I will still go again since all the other times the service, food, and overall experience has been fantastic. Just think better communication among staff around holidays/events will help with efficiencies in the back and less missed appetizers/bread before the meal. The complimentary drink round for the missed appetizer was a great remedy. The drinks are fantastic. Experience around this day was lower but overall the place is great aside from the one off lesser times.
A great little find this time around in DC. Excellent food and the service is top notch. It does get a bit cramp during busy times and loud but the food is worth it.

Thank you, Eddie, and the team at Rosemarino D'Italia for taking such great care of us during our company event in November! The atmosphere was the perfect blend of lively and cozy, and the service was absolutely phenomenal.
We truly appreciated your excellent communication and thoughtfulness in organizing the event in your beautiful upstairs space. Everything went smoothly, and your attention to detail made the evening special for everyone involved.
We’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend Rosemarino D'Italia for any occasion!

The Primavera pasta is so good, but I feel like it’s made with cheese and it doesn’t say that on the menu. This entire time I thought it was cheese free.

Solid arancini, bolognese, and mini cannoli. The bolognese had great homemade flavor though the portion of pasta was modest. Good wines, though skimpy pours. Service was fine once I was seated, but as a solo diner who declined to sit at the bar, they took their time cleaning off a table for me.

Pricey and included 2 gratuities. However, good food and service.

This family-owned business has the most amazing recipes! The beef & veal meatballs were SO delicious -- heightened by the sauce. Every bite of my meal was amazing, and the service was also excellent. Highly recommend!

Limocello cocktail has a lot of lemon and the alcohol is hard to find.
Pasta carbonara is tasty but very salty.
Canolli with ricotta was disappointing.
Friendly service.
It's a shock again what you have to pay for the tax and mandatory tip.

Sorry this review took so long for me to write! I’m from Singapore and visited this charming spot in December 2023, possibly January 2024 (it all blends together after a while). I randomly picked this place after enjoying a hot chocolate next door, and it turned out to be the best decision ever.
Sat at the bar.
First and foremost, the service was exceptional. Our server (forgive me for forgetting his name, but he was fantastic) was incredibly attentive and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu. We decided to take his recommendations, and I’m so glad we did. He engaged us in great conversation and clearly knew his stuff—when he said all the food was amazing, he truly meant it. My appetite sparked into life the moment the dishes started arriving!
The portions were just right—not overwhelming, allowing us to savor every bite without feeling stuffed. Speaking of bites, the food was delectable! Each dish was well-prepared and bursting with authentic flavors that showcased the cuisine beautifully.
The ambiance of the restaurant also added to the experience. The music was perfectly curated (sorry not Italian music), creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made us want to linger longer.
If you find yourself in the area, don’t miss out on this gem! I can’t wait to return whenever i visited DC again.
