Excellent drinks, service, and atmosphere!

Cool historic bar. Mint juleps were on the sweet side and not really worth the price tag though.

Wonderful bar in a historic hotel. The tenders were very personable and attentive. I had three drinks, all completely different and really adored them. The round bar makes it a great place for meeting and chatting with the other patrons.

We went for the ambiance and mint juleps.... What a cool Bar! To think all the people they credit have done things here is amazing!! Songs, stories, speeches... Henry Clay introduced the mint julep so of course that was what we ordered... 26/drink kept us in check LOL...but they were tasty! Crushed ice, smooth bourbon and mint - yum! Service was meh, but I can overlook for everything else! Highly recommend this as a quick stop on the DC mall tour!!

I wish I could say I had a better time the other night at this beautiful, historic bar. Unfortunately, the service was pretty bad. We sat at a table off the main bar, and we somehow had five different servers who all had no idea what the others were doing. We were repeatedly asked if we had ordered, if we were waiting on anything, or if we needed help. For such a nice bar, it was strange that they had such inconsistent and inefficient service. Luckily the food was delicious. The coconut curry mussels were innovative and delicious, and the chicken dish was cooked beautifully. It's also impossible to write about anything in the Willard without mentioning the expansive history of the hotel and its bar. I would try the Round Robin Bar another time, but probably just for drinks and I would keep my expectations low.

Tiny bar right across the street from the White House. You also must be WHITE to get service. I stood at the bar for over 10 minutes waving my wallet around and didn't get a single contact from a bartender. Meanwhile, I watched 7 white guys walk up, order, and be served while I was at the bar. My wife (she's white) had a waiter stop and tell her that she needed to order at the bar, and when she said that I had been standing at the bar for over ten minutes without being served, they took her order at the table. Don't go unless you take a white friend to order for you. I won't be back.Tim, however, was awesome. Thank you for the great service Tim! Please bring your colleagues up to your standards.

Atmosphere is beautiful and unique. And the history here is the reason I wanted to come here. Bar staff was super friendly and drinks were delicious. I got the mint julep and really liked the sugared mint garnish. The person I went with had some coffee drink, and the bartender hadn't made that drink for a while. Well he did a great job and my mother in law was empressed.

I took my girlfriend for dinner at Café du Parc, the restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere. The staff really made us feel at home. The menu is filled with French cuisine classics and the waiter helped us picking the right combination of food and wines. After dinner we went to the bar, Round Robin. We were warmly welcomed by the bartenders, Thomas and Raydel. An extensive cocktail menu, and bar bites. While sitting at the bar we enjoyed our drinks and the personalised service provided by the bartenders. I would absolutely recommend going to these places when in DC. I had an amazing experience, and can't wait to be back.

I stopped by the Round Robin Bar after having afternoon tea at Peacock Alley. The bar was crowded around 5:30pm. Seating is extremely limited. The space is small but cozy. My friends and I waited around 15 minutes for a table to clear. The drinks tasted good. The food was not so tasty. I ordered the crab cake roll with fries. They didn't have sweet potato fries, but offered to make me truffled fries using truffle oil. I was hoping the crab cake roll would be made like a lobster roll, but it wasn't. The crab meat was not seasoned and it was a cold roll. I didn't like it. I took half of the roll home to remix it. When we getting ready to leave, a lady asked if she could sit at our table to hold space for her friends. We didn't mind. The waitress came over and asked if she was with our group because someone else was waiting on the table. I felt bad for the lady because no one greeted us or assisted us with finding seats. It was odd that a group of guys were already promised the table.

Went to Round Robin Bar last night and was very disappointed. Really only went there for a cocktail but unfortunately we were never served. I would say the service was below average. It seemed as though they didn't want our business. We had to go to the bar to have someone take our order and even then that was a difficult task for them. We finally had the opportunity to order and we waited about 25 min to receive our drinks before we decided to leave the establishment. Besides, not being served the ambiance was very nice. Aesthetically pleasing for sure. It gave a 1960's old saloon vibes which I loved. I wish I could've tried their drinks.

Stunning atmosphere and nice menu options. I stuck with the classics crab roll and Manhattan and was not disappointed. If they can create a combination cheese and charcuterie board that would be amazing.

Great place to have a drink and relax in the bar or lobby.Enjoyed a celebratory Christmas Eve drink at the Round Robin bar. The bar was quite full, but guests were allowed to take their drink and enjoy it in the lobby, which was perfect for Christmastime.Cocktails are on the expensive side as expected.

Perfect place to get your Christmas cheer on! Of course I had the mint julep because duh, that’s what they are known for and it did not disappoint. The dirty martini was also great. Loved all of the decorations they had going on, got me right in the holiday spirit. Highly recommend!
