They incorrectly charged my card an amount that did not match the amount I signed for on the receipt. I called them, and the staff member who answered the phone advised me to email [email protected]. The restaurant manager quickly responded to my email and resolved the issue. Reminder to check your bank accounts frequently, as mistakes do happen!
I worked with a Rachel at Royal Sands to host an event upstairs at their Sunset Bar. The event went so well thanks to their great communication. They were responsive, efficient, and 100% prepared for our large group. I can’t recommend Royal Sands enough for hosting events!
We booked a section of the pool bar for a joint birthday and going away party and loved the experience for 15-20 guests. We reached out on the later side (only 3 days in advance) and the team responded promptly and made the process seamless. The music was great, bartenders very friendly and food came out promptly. Would highly recommend!
