Very good experience, I emailed ahead of time with my disability help and of course they took it to the next level. Everything went smoothly with help of everyone. Everyone was smiling cheerful.
At the end I got my ID and emergency passport done in a second!! Thank you so much!! Awesome service!!!

Horrible work ethics. They never answer the phone. Also because of their mistake we lost our flight ,money and now we are sitting ducks. Lazy and ,unprofessional people.

I’m very disappointed and sad that I applied for a visa here. I explained to them I have a competition to represent my country and if they could give me an emergency visa that I may be able to travel on Dec 3rd to Thailand. We have been preparing an entire year for this competition we got the invitation letters very late but it’s more than 10 days since I applied. I finally got through to someone and the the response I got wasn’t kind, the lady told me “I cannot go”. It was very heart broken and I wonder if they have any soul or any children that they would like to see achieve their goals. I am still trying and hoping they will approve and send the visa before my travel date. It’s just an Evisa and doesn’t take that long, the embassy of Canada in Ottawa was gonna issue me one but they saw I had one application with Washington DC and asked me to reach back out to them.I really hope someone see this that can help me and this is my only opportunity to represent my country and to see it being taken away from me is very sad.

My name is Antwan Dominique Rowley. Born in Tampa Florida. Currently 30years of age. I am African American/Thai but I identify myself as black. I have a GED, a degree in pharmacy technician, and an associates-health science.i have been fasly diagnosed with schizophrenia, and I am having symptoms of hearing voices. After studying Buddhism I learned about meditation. After hours and days of mediation and listening to my mind I have came to the conclusion that the American government is using mind control technology to use telepathy to harass and manipulate the black men. This has affected my mother who is Thai and the rest of my family. The government is trying to brainwash me and silently extort blacks, and innocent US civilians with strong independent minds. This is a national emergency. Thailand if you are seeing this message please pray for me and our families. For the government and Tampa police department has made me feel in danger for my life and my families. The voices constantly tell me that this is a white man's country and has told me that they wanted the world to know.

Requesting permission to inquire about traveling consuls in 2023
Where are they? We're in Atlanta.

Feeling disappointed in the service both by email and by phone. I don't have high expectations, just want to hear an explanation of the problems we want to know. But the official at the second location who received a salary from the public tax I'm explaining, don't be cynical, look down, belittle your words like you're very stupid. She is a woman who is lucky to do good work instead of realizing that she is doing her duty on behalf of the country. Instead, he displayed arrogant and contemptuous behavior. Accent reflects language, verbs indicate family name. She is showing us just that. She was lucky in her position and had the opportunity to pounce on those who needed to contact her. If you can't represent the Thai people, then leave. Don't use taxpayer money again. Give good people the opportunity to save face for the country and come to work.

I would like to praise the civil registration officer
We are Thai people from West Palm Beach Florida.
We would like to request a birth certificate in an urgent case.
Thanks to the consular officer, Mr. Panupan (or Mr. Mark).

Had the opportunity to get a passport. At Wat Phutthabucha, Georgia (traveling consul on 04/01/2023), it was a very impressive service. The staff are attentive. Very helpful, answering questions, explaining information clearly. The officers were calm, spoke politely, and completed the passport processing process quickly. Appointment registration system Filling out documents online is convenient. If you type incorrectly, you can go in and correct the information. On the day I went there were many Thai people coming to receive services. But the officials were still smiling and cheerful. Makes you feel that the embassy does its job It is an excellent refuge for Thai people abroad. Thank you to the Consul and all officials from the Thai Embassy. washington dc that travels far To serve Thai people in remote areas Sincerely
