The food is good, but I’m gonna have to remove stars because of the customer service. 😕 When I first entered, I wasn’t greeted. The associate just stared at me, as if to say “I don’t have all day. Are you gonna order anything?” She had the most stony expression… It was only my second time here, so I was quite sure I had not had any negative encounters with anyone. I was trying to get suggestions and ask questions about certain things, but every time I asked a question about something, the server just dumped it in the bowl. He never answered the question. When I got to the cashier, I apologized, because I wondered if I had done something wrong. But he just referred to me as “diva,” and tried to assure me that nothing was wrong. I told him I didn’t appreciate being called a diva. I just don’t like being treated like I’m a problem when I haven’t done anything. I gave two stars for service, because my first experience was so amazing! I don’t know what happened.

I had the Seoul Train bowl and a soda. Not much resemblance in appearance between what I was served and what is shown on the restaurant's website. Flavor was pretty good, though, and the serving was generous. I was a bit put off by the contrast between the warmth of the noodles and the coldness of some of the other ingredients. The gentleman who prepped my bowl was pleasant. What bothered me most about my meal was the place's vibe. It was hot (no A/C?), the (American) music was too loud, and you were reminded at every moment that you were eating in an American fast food joint. I got a fountain soda but the machine had no low-cal options other than water. Apparently the diet Coke was out of order, or something. I never ever drink regular soda, but given how hot it was in the restaurant I decided to suck it up. Bottom line: the food was decent, but if I am going to drop $20 I'd like a little better atmosphere. Probably won't go back to that location. Are the other locations more attractive?

First time here. Got a japchae bowl with chicken and they loaded it up with all the fixings. They do not skimp on anything (ahem Chipotle). The sauces I got were so good together and recommended by the employee (sesamiso and creamy sriracha). If I'm here again I need to try a rice bowl. With all the Asian restaurants we have in SoCal we don't have one like this.

Special shout out to Tyrus (so sorry if I spelled that wrong) but he made my first meal in DC really special with his great hospitality and customer service. What a wonderful start to my trip and it was all thanks to him.

They were really nice when getting food, and even understood that I was new to this food and offered to put stuff on the side. My partner also got great service and they even gave them a free bowl, it made their day.

Herbivore. Subbed the spicy korean sauce. Tasty. The roasted veggies were out today, but the fresh veggies added were good.

I love this place. The flavors are great. Fast service. Welcoming staff. Tastes fresh. DCs korean food scene is lacking but this is a nice spot if you're craving japchae or bulgogi! They also do not skimp on portions, their bowls are generous. 감사합니다 to whoever runs this place.

Awesome food that's healthy and clean for under $10! Plus, the lady in the evening (Nicole) was super friendly and suggested some great combos. The most impressive aspect is the portion size, which is quite large and could easily provide two meals.

Came here on the 4th of July, loved it so much that I came back the next day. Food was Amazing, and decently priced. Would highly recommend spending the extra $3 to buy a drink, as they have a house made cola that is *so* good. My only complaint is that the staff looked a little bored/tired, but it was the lunch rush on the 4th of July, so I think it's excusable.

I really enjoy eating at Seoul Spice. Their salads are fresh, flavorful, and packed with quality ingredients. You can really taste how crisp and clean the produce is—nothing soggy or bland here. I also have to mention the service: everyone is kind, welcoming, and fast. They make the whole experience pleasant from start to finish. It’s one of my favorite spots when I want something healthy and satisfying without sacrificing taste.
