11/17 around 1:15PM EDT. First (and last) visit. The young woman behind the counter looked like she didn’t want to be there. She seemed more irritated that I was there. We stared at each other in silence for at least 15 seconds. She then turned around and walked away. So I did the same.

Very convenient distance from our hotel—just a two or three minute walk. It took a minute or two for us to figure out the right place to start in the line, and no one helped us at first when we got there. The employee who helped us was nice, but they had a difficult time hearing what I was saying, and at one point filled my bowl with something I didn't ask for. The other employee at checkout asked what base and protein I had gotten—it would have been easy to lie and get a cheaper meal.
The food itself was great, and I was happy with the price point. I think the experience could be improved with labels on the glass to point at so employees don't mishear me, as well as some way of marking the bowls so the cashier doesn't have to ask what I got.

Debbie was so nice & generous! She let me try the new fried chicken on the menu for free since it was my first time. You guys have a very kind worker under your belt make sure she is taken good care of so she knows her energy is always welcomed in the Seoul Spice family!

I LOVE this place! I have a pretty severe gluten allergy, so to find a place that is delicious, affordable, and safe is amazing. The staff and management are wonderful as well. Everything here is tasty and fresh, so I enjoy mixing and matching the various ingredients every time I come.

Stopped by for lunch today and can't recommend this place enough! You can tell it's Korean owned-- all the flavors are on point and highly authentic. I will come here whenever I'm missing Korean home cooking.
I especially want to commend the freshness of the greens/sangchu-- such a refreshing quality standard relative to what you typically get from fast casual spots.
Great food, great service. The staff was very welcoming and helpful building my bowl as I didn't really know what would be good together. Great experience!

I am a customer who visits many places and I like to try different foods and I have always visited this establishment but the truth is right now it leaves a lot to be desired in terms of service and the food, the flavors are nothing to do with degradable.

The food is good, but I’m gonna have to remove stars because of the customer service. 😕 When I first entered, I wasn’t greeted. The associate just stared at me, as if to say “I don’t have all day. Are you gonna order anything?” She had the most stony expression… It was only my second time here, so I was quite sure I had not had any negative encounters with anyone. I was trying to get suggestions and ask questions about certain things, but every time I asked a question about something, the server just dumped it in the bowl. He never answered the question. When I got to the cashier, I apologized, because I wondered if I had done something wrong. But he just referred to me as “diva,” and tried to assure me that nothing was wrong. I told him I didn’t appreciate being called a diva. I just don’t like being treated like I’m a problem when I haven’t done anything. I gave two stars for service, because my first experience was so amazing! I don’t know what happened.

I have Seoul Spice from Door Dash and is slapped but the Location near the stadium had an added vibe. The manager Definetly was informative and shout to her because she looked like she was about to leave but put that apron back on to provide me with a fantastic experience. 10/10 recommend!!!
