Booked here because of the Michelin star rating but will go back for the service. After a bit of bumpy start, the Manager was quite accommodating and what an excellence recovery. Enjoyed the premium omakase, sake and whiskey. Never felt rushed even though the restaurant filled quickly. We were visiting from Texas but will make this a regular stop next time in town.
Exceptional food and ambience. My favorite dish was the bass, which is very flavorful and literally melts in your mouth. My girlfriend and I spent over $250, but we were left still hungry. I wish the portions were a little larger, given it's high price range. I would still recommend this place for a special occasion!
