I enjoy coming to this location. It’s never super crowded. My order is always accurate. The manager Moe was really attentive and prompt with our service.

Rico is an absolute beast. Been in this shake shack for about 30 minutes and the whole time he’s been extremely productive. Taking out trash, running food orders, and asking us if we’re doing good multiple times, and has a great personality too.

Me and my friends where misgendered multiple occasions and had to be ID to use the restroom and speak to the manager. Place is super dangerous for queer folk DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

The people were so nice and friendly, they took the time to describe the shake I was ordering, and they brought me the food very quickly. It was a fun atmosphere. Definitely recommend this one.

Where is the manager. Workers are all acting sloppy not cleaning tables restaurant is dirty. Completely empty on a weekend and it’s obvious why

They gave me fries instead of onion rings. I specifically asked for onion rings but got fries instead

Consistently terrible service. I’ve been here at least 20 times, and the service is inattentive and rude every single time. It’s like the employees don’t want people to buy food from them. Every single time, it takes them several minutes to even acknowledge customers despite having multiple employees and several of them seeing the line. The only reason I keep coming back is the convenient location and because the food is usually fine.
