Shake Shack 14th Street Logan Circle

The people were so nice and friendly, they took the time to describe the shake I was ordering, and they brought me the food very quickly. It was a fun atmosphere. Definitely recommend this one.

Where is the manager. Workers are all acting sloppy not cleaning tables restaurant is dirty. Completely empty on a weekend and it’s obvious why

They gave me fries instead of onion rings. I specifically asked for onion rings but got fries instead

Consistently terrible service. I’ve been here at least 20 times, and the service is inattentive and rude every single time. It’s like the employees don’t want people to buy food from them. Every single time, it takes them several minutes to even acknowledge customers despite having multiple employees and several of them seeing the line. The only reason I keep coming back is the convenient location and because the food is usually fine.

The lady working the front didnt even call out my name that my order was ready and just put it on the shelf. And she forgot to put my sauce in my bag.

Never again. Had to walk out after 45 minutes of waiting. Workers were not following food safety guidelines and threatening to fight people who asked why their orders were taking so long.

Absolutely the worst. I ordered a Doordash for my two small children that got in late to a hotel while traveling. The associates at your store after confirming my order at 10:46pm, WASTED over an hour of mine and my family and the poor Doordash associate Sadam's time for an order they had no intention of making. They lied to the poor Dasher, who was caught in the middle untile they were finally closed and said they couldn't or wouldn't make the order. This is by far the worst experiance I have had with your company, which my family has come to rely on while traveling as a safe and tasty option that can accomodate my dietary restrictions. A very poor showing and I would be happy to provide any and all necesary details to your corporate representatives.

Worst restaurant I have ever been. The place is absolutely terrible we have to keep switching tables until we found one that it wasn’t smells like homeless people inside. The employees are careless and not friendly at all. The place needs a lot of TLC and good management.

Worst. Service. Ever. By far the worst Shake Shack in DC. We ordered 2 milkshakes online and not only did it take 45 minutes to make, the lady at the counter was rude to every person who was waiting for their food (all of whom were wondering where their orders were). The only reason this place is getting 1 stat is because I can’t give zero.

My friend and I had an incredible experience here: management was kind, responsive, and went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The food was, as always, amazing. The shake was rich and creamy. Best shake shack experience yet.

Bathroom had no soap, no hand sanitizer in the restaurant. Water dispenser was leaking. No water cups at the water dispenser. Very disappointing
