The cut fries were bitter despite overdose of salt - perhaps the parmesan is the culprit.
Vegetarian Burger was good not great.
The servers were stoic not cheerful - that's tolerable. Other than that - there was not much bustle not cheerful on either side of the service counter

Burger was cold. Tastes good, but cold. So really cold. Almost like something straight out of the fridge (even the patty is only lukewarm at best)

We are visiting from out of state. This is hands down the worst place I have been too. The staff is incredibly rude. No one wants to help and they all look and act like they hate their jobs. We ordered floats and they had almost no ice-cream in. Them. I offered to pay for an extra scoop for each one and I just got tons of attitude and ended up tossing them.
Employees were constantly arguing with customers and yelling at grub hub drivers.

The atmosphere is not safe here for LGBTQ+. Ate here the other day and felt completely unconfortable. Avoid if you value your safety. Definitely never coming here again, especially since their employees attack gay people.

Helpful staff. It was busy both times we went but never a line for food so the prep times were great considering the crowds.

Good is DELICIOUS! We had shroom burger, avocado burger, fries, shakes and lemonades. I like that you can modify things. We added crispy onions to the avocado burger and it was amazing lol.

Music is popping! It's definitely a vibe.

What's the point in grabbing a table number if we still need to walk back up to grab the food (it was dead at this time in the day.)

Multiple kiosks down, got hassled about needing to use the front register so I could pay in cash.

Buns were oddly soft compared to other shake shacks.

Truly awful place where the employees are some of the rudest in the city - luke warm food and exceptionally bad service are not a good mix - there are so many better options for your money.

Hey, at least I got a free chicken sandwich.

After an exhausting tour of the mall I found myself back at my hotel room, in no mood to go anywhere but somewhat hungry. So I searched nearby and found a Shake Shack, a restaurant I have heard of but never been to.

Ordered delivery to my room going with a grilled cheese, a chicken sandwich which was buy one get one, a peach shake and a vanilla custard. Coming to a bit over $31.

Delivery guy had a little trouble finding my correct hotel, but eventually they got sent to the right building and I had my meal back in my room. Hungry that I was I dug into the grilled cheese, but was a bit let down as it was so floppy. I much prefer my grilled cheese solid, but this bread was moist. Moving on to the chicken sandwich, I wasn't that more impressed. It was thick and had plenty of fillings, but it too was just so wet. It was like my sandwiches took a shower before coming to me. Finally the shake and the custard, and they were acceptable. The peach chunks did not make it through the straw so I had to pop the top and drink it that way, and the custard was just a rich vanilla ice cream.

Overall I'd say my first experience with a Shake Shack was mediocre, could easily have been better but for a quick and dirty (or wet in my case) meal when you're tired and hungry, it does the trick.

If I choose not to use your automated ordering system. (Not sanitary - never allows you to specialize what you want and doesn’t work 1/2 the time.) And your cashier tells me she’s not going to take my order use the kiosk - I walk the F out, and go to any of the other million burger places that have people, nice people, happy to take my money. Visit 6/29 4 PM - and walked out hello Jonny Rockets. ?
