I was pleasantly surprised by how much this Shake Shack location has improved! I came here two years ago and didn’t like the service, so I started going to the Wharf location instead. But today changed everything. The food was super fresh, my order came out in great time, and the place was spotless. The team here has really done a full 360 big difference from my last visit. I’ll definitely be coming back to the Navy Yard location from now on.
There is not too much to expect from a fast food restaurant like Shake Shack and this one provides the bare minimum.
The food was fine (although rather small portions for a $20 meal) and the ambiance was alright.
However, when you order in to eat, and its not busy, you are required to pick up the food yourself, even though there is a dedicated staff member to bring you your food.

Food was good and service was good but they need to crank the AC down to a comfortable setting, would NOT eat there again …
