I didnt get to catch the young lady that took my order at the register but i did however get the name of the 5 star manager Sharan. Sharan's service was immaculate. He made sure that my entire party had everything we needed. He even entertained our kids which was very sweet. I can't thank him and the staff enough.
The welcome from the team my first time here matched all five star dining. SE gets s bad rep always but you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover, one visit to this restaurant will have your mind change. Team job well done and the food is delicious.

Was told “if paying with a card, use the kiosk”. Now people were waiting to use the kiosk and the only cashier turns from the register to talk to her cowerkers.
I was not impressed with Shake Shack.
