I went late in the evening and it was dirty, loud, and crowded. Staff were working hard but took a long time to get food out and weren't really available to help if you needed something. Otherwise the food was good and staff were nice when you saw them.
I went before a concert and it was soooo packed. The cashier was friendly and was patient when taking our order. Food came out quickly and was hot. The shakes were nice and thick. The tables and trash were kinda messy, but given how many people were there...it can be hard to keep up.
