2⭐️ My husband tried the chicken place next door so I just got bacon cheese fries from here. Would not recommend. The fries were hot, the bacon was fine, the cheese was not hot enough. I could tell as he poured it on the fries. Just get a burger or sandwich.

I recently visited Shake Shack and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I waited for a staggering 4 hours for my order, only to leave without being served. This long wait was not only frustrating but also unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber.
I understand that busy times can lead to delays, but 4 hours is beyond reasonable. Communication from the staff was lacking, and it felt like my concerns were not taken seriously. I hope that Shake Shack can improve their service and ensure that this doesn’t happen to other customers in the future.

They got nasty with me for being in the C-Line, even though the sign and stantions were there, and I walked through it. Maybe the C-Libe was r supposed to be in operation during the poorly-attended HFStival but it’s on me for not reading minds, and knowing better, I guess. Did I need a second to decide on custard? Were other people ordering hot food? Yes. Did I get anything? No.

I've been here several times right before/after a ballgame at Nats park. It's the traditional Shake Shack if you know what to expect. For those who don't, they have pretty good fast food burgers and crinkle cut fries. Their burger sauce is very good!

The my burger was cold!!! Cashier was not friendly or helpful. WHY would you serve cold food if someone is paying $12 ($11.49) for a burger!!!! Keep the attitude at home. We all have to work. I spent in total almost $60 for 3 burgers and 3 drinks. Never again!!!

Disappointing Experience at Shake Shack
