They got nasty with me for being in the C-Line, even though the sign and stantions were there, and I walked through it. Maybe the C-Libe was r supposed to be in operation during the poorly-attended HFStival but it’s on me for not reading minds, and knowing better, I guess. Did I need a second to decide on custard? Were other people ordering hot food? Yes. Did I get anything? No.

I've been here several times right before/after a ballgame at Nats park. It's the traditional Shake Shack if you know what to expect. For those who don't, they have pretty good fast food burgers and crinkle cut fries. Their burger sauce is very good!

The my burger was cold!!! Cashier was not friendly or helpful. WHY would you serve cold food if someone is paying $12 ($11.49) for a burger!!!! Keep the attitude at home. We all have to work. I spent in total almost $60 for 3 burgers and 3 drinks. Never again!!!

We were looking forward to grabbing a burger, hot dog and fries to enjoy while watching the team (lose again!) to the Twins. Unfortunately both the cheeseburger and hot dog were almost cold and sloppily constructed. We were among the few in line almost 30 minutes before game time. Contrary to the good food at Shake Shacks in many other locations, management is failing customers at the stadium. Shame!! Be advised: Take your dollars elsewhere when at the ball park!

There was a long line at the self ordering machines. When I finally got to one to order for my family of four the screen interface was incomprehensible to me. After myriad attempts I gave up. There was a “order here” station but no person manning it. Never to return.

Was hoping it tasted close to what regular shake shacks tasted like. Shack burger was good, but fries were bland and tasted unsalted. I was hoping considering it costed $3 more than a regular shake shack.
