I "used" to order here 2-3 times a month. But after today NEVER AGAIN!! He gave my husband the wrong order and I don't eat their beef products. So, I called back and they hung up three times. I drove back twenty minutes with the ghetto steak and cheese sandwich and request my money back. This man says, "What am I supposed to do with that?" I will never go here again. I don't think they should be supported in this neighborhood. It's time to pack up when you treat us like that! The BBB is my next stop! Should have given me my $10.50 or correct food. It isn't even about the money. It's about your ethics! You fake like you can't speak english on the dime! Stop it! The fries with the sandwich looked soggy and very salty too! charging somebody for sauce for wings is insane. No place in dc is charging for sauce for wings. Who cares if it’s cheap and now y’all need more money that’s why y’all charging for some the sauce with wings nooo that’s not how it goes I worked with fast food for years usually you if your getting something like a burger or sub ,Fries then you pay for sauce if you order wings,nuggets you get 1 free dipping sauce. Not to mention y’all lying on Uber eats saying y’all called uncle Sammy’s but the whole time y’all are sharks

A waste of money, time and tastebuds. I didn't have a good experience 3+ years ago so I never returned until that fateful day my Auntie wanted fried fish, fries AND coleslaw. How in the world you don't have coleslaw? Ok, fine. I'll sub it with collard greens. When I say that what I paid for and was served was trash in Styrofoam container would be a compliment. My cat wouldn't touch that shyt. Please save your money and time on an establishment that values your hard earned money and respects you as a customer. Bus Boys and Poets by the Big Chair isn't better and neither is the Subway on Alabama Ave.I'm tired. Maybe my blind - one legged Auntie.l should sell dinners. It would be better than this slop passed off as food and not worthy of pigs or dogs. Food made with hatred, disrespect, carelessness and disregard shows. They will either LEAVE or improve in quality of food and service IF we stop spending our $. We are literally paying for disrespect and shyt. It was the worst fried fish I have ever had!! The fish was old and looked as if it was on a very bad diet!! I ordered for a 5:30 pick up and hour earlier. I arrived at 5:40 and it wasn't ready!! I didn't appreciate standing around in that very bad neighborhood?? I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN, Lord willing!!!
