Shaw's Tavern is a great place for large groups in need of a brunch spot! Came here with my friend after his kickball game and was craving something cheesy. I went with The White One Pizza - a blend of various cheeses with a garlicky base. It was super tasty and had a great brick oven finish on the crust. The big blocks of feta added a unique flavor to the pie. It all paired perfectly with my bottomless mimosas! Despite being packed with numerous kickball teams, the staff did a great job ensuring everyone got their food, boxes, and bills accordingly. If you find yourself in Shaw, would definitely recommend visiting with friends!

Very nice location and ambiance with the outside patio! I enjoyed the corn bread waffle and the chicken was super juicy and perfectly crisp! The only thing I wish the chicken for the chicken/waffles was boneless. They have great drink specials and brunch!

If you're looking for a good bottomless mimosa deal on U st, this is a great brunch spot. I tried the pancakes and an omelette and wasn't impressed. The service was good despite the brunch crowd, and they have a lot of outdoor seating. The first floor bathrooms get a bit crowded during brunch on Sundays, but there are additional bathrooms upstairs.

Food and service was average at best. Food was edible but not a lot of flavor. The cookie dessert was not good. The cookie was burnt and dry. It did not slap as reported in the review in the menu. I am sure there are better pubs in town.

Loved the atmosphere. Sat at the bar. Loved the service and customer service was great. The bartender described the food great. We had the nachos wow awesome. The wine was great. Have a salad that had cucumbers. That salad was so organized and was simply amazing. We got the chocolate cake it was good - suggestion is no cookie dough. Definitely will be back.

This place keeps going down hill from when it first opened. The food is subpar at best. They don't offer kids menu's. The service is about typical for most restaurants in DC. And everyone wants a big tip for below average service. The restaurant interior hasn't changed since it opened. Maybe a little more run down and dirtier!

Very nice place to hangout. The food was good, the ambience too, and service was friendly and attentive.. They are pet friends, so that's a plus. But the price is a little over for this type of restaurant. Ex: $14 for 7 chicken wings is kind of overpriced. But overall it was a good experience.

bottomless mimosa alert at @shawstavern in shaw, washington, dc for $22 a person, but the real star of the show is their Veggie Omelet with spinach, onions, tomato, bell peppers, and feta cheese, served with breakfast potatoes and white toast -- go HERE for a good time!

Great brunch! Bottomless mimosas for like 2 hours for 22$. I got the shows brunch skillet and it was great, I recommend getting it with bacon instead of sausage.

Southern florentine and two egg breakfast were great. Was excited to see the option to add on juices to bottomless mimosas.

Overall - a cute place to check out if you're in the area! I will say that the servers/team accommodated a very large group of us (10-ish) as a walk in, so that was really kind. Food - I thought it was good!! Portion sizes are large, the ingredients seemed fresh. I got a margarita which was also very strong (yay).

Service was great and i got the bottomless mimosas (very good deal for DC) and the steak and eggs. I had to send back the scrambled eggs but they remade them and they were fantastic. The steak and potatoes were very good (the mushroom crème-based sauce pulled everything together nicely) The music was exceeded my expectations Definitely returning for another brunch
