The beet gazpacho is amazing! I don't even like beets, but my husband and I are hooked on this! Disappointed they closed their store, but I appreciate the delivery option. All great ingredients and healthy food.

The soup is fresh. I'm able to distinguish all the ingredients, so I appreciate the "simpleness" and can taste the healthy. I had 3 different types lentil soup which tasted like a very blad version of Daal(Indian lentil dish). Therefore, simply beacuse I couldn't get myself to stop comparing the two, is why I'm giving it a 3. However, I would definetly recommend this place to someone who isn't used to eating Indian Daal frequently.

I enjoy my Sourpergirl sandwich better with ham on it. My doctor was concerned when I told him I was just eating vegan and kosher and I followed his advice and started eating ham. I feel much better now.

For reference, I got the Creamy Dreamy White Bean Spinach soup. I had very high hopes, but it is not even sub-par. A friend of mine got the Chickpea Tomato Herb, and it tasted like dirty sink water. After trying both, he said, "Yeah, this is not good soup. More like baby food." These people have never heard of salt or even seasoning in general in their entire lives. Not to mention the package is impossible to open with your bare hands. Stop charging people money to eat your dish water. Disgusting. Mark Cuban paid $2mil for THIS??? Charity work.

I am so so proud of this business mostly because they had faith from day one! & I love love their soup! I hate that Cov19 stopped me from stopping in & picking up my soup! However I still can purchase it from wholefoods! Where it's always stocked! As a biz owner my self I understand every step! But service is EVERYTHING! Even though it's hard to please all at least try! I do!

This is the face of a fresh, healthy, plant based, planet friendly, responsible business that has a great mission statement and works hard to achieve that. I can confidently say that it is very very rare to find food nowadays in urban areas at reasonable prices without having a tonne of chemicals. This business was featured on ABC's Shark Tank. I ordered online and went there to pick up. There were only 3 customers waiting in line. It was a friday during lunch time. My order was Mushroom Tapenade, Dreamy creamy white bean spinach soup and Asian Peanut pasta. Mushroom Tapenade was so tasty. It had a good amount of walnut that made it so nutty and creamy. Soup was filling and I didn't taste any spinach (which is a good thing). Pasta had more Pad thai flavors without the crunch. The soup and the pasta tasted better heated. But Tapenade could be eaten either cold or hot. It is right in front of Takoma metro station and an easy hop for picking up your food. They deliver with a $20 minimum.
Delicious! Love the split pea rosemary & the gazpacho. Great delivery option for meal train. High recommend and love to see the soups in grocery stores too.

I enjoy walking around the quaint city of Takoma Park. The mother-and-daughter-owned Souper Girl is one of my favorite stops for homemade soup. During the pandemic I stopped and ordered a pint of East African Peanut( bean) soup. And i also ordered a pint of sweet potato soup. They were both so filling and perfect on several cold winter evenings that week. I reccomend Souper Girl to health minded foodies. Their soups are complete meals in my opinion.
