Was so excited about the remodel (which looks great) but each time I’ve gone in, there has been a quality issue since they reopened. One day it was my breakfast sandwich being frozen still in the middle, today it was a full white mocha instead of one pump, making it so sweet I couldn’t drink. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to go back because I’m sure they would fix it, but wishing it would be done properly the first time.

The food we got was basically half frozen when it was supposed to be warmed up, and the woman handing the drinks was rude. Also the cappuccino was awful, straight milk. But when I asked for it to be fixed I was being asked to pay.

Good for a grab and go… not a hang out spot. So small and literally no indoor seating. But service was great and coffee amazing as always.

Today (8/29/2023) at around 8 am, I stopped at this location as I do almost every morning to pick up my online order. Usually when I pick up a online order, especially when I get more than one drink, my stuff is put into a carrier and placed into a bag for easy pick up and go. This particular order I got 2 coffees and a sandwich. When I arrived at the store there is a lady that stands in front of the orders and directs them to the customers. I said my order name and she, who's name is LATONYA, rudely points and says right there. She points to my food sitting on the counter. I asked if I can have a carrier and she points to the table beside her and says, "they right there". At this same moment a lady behind me came to grab her online order as well that was already placed in a carrier. (she also had 2 drinks) I asked LATONYA why my online order wasn't also placed in a carrier, she rudely responds, "well she asked for it" I responded and said well when I asked you pointed to the table and said "they right there" instead of just assisting me like you did the other customer when she asked. She then proceeds to stare me down with the nastiest additude. I never once was disrespectful to LATONYA, only questioning why I wasn't getting the same treatment as the other customers. I then asked for her name which of course she just pointed to her apron and said, "its right here". I then went to the lady at the register and told her that LATONYA was very rude and disrespectful. LATONYA just sat there and laughed. The cashier apologized on her behalf, and as I walk out I was taunted by LATONYA who laughed and said, "she really thought that was going to do something" Well this is me doing something. She has the demeanor of someone who should be working at McDonalds. Not at an establishment known for their bright smiles and amazing customer service. I did not need all that negativity at 8 am over me asking for a carrier for my drinks. The manager is out on vacation and the shift lead Courtney took my complaint and was very apologetic on LATONYAS behalf, but the only person that owed me an apology for her nasty attitude was LATONYA. She is not a good look for this company and I'm sure I am not the only one she's treated with such disrespect, just the only one who had time to do something about it.
