This has been one of the best Starbucks in a hotel ever !! Ever single lady working here is so sweet and kind especially the friendly Asian lady (I wish I got her name) they really made our morning !!!! The service was top notch ! :)
Awesome coffee! Abrehet made the best latte!! Wonderful customer service. Location is very helpful being in the Marriott lobby.

If you’re looking for a Starbucks experience with strong coffee and great customer service, please find another location! Baristas are not the friendliest unless you’re a tourist, and the Frappuccino’s are tasteless along with the hot lattes. Unfortunately, It’s a hit or miss when It comes to Starbucks in DC. I may sound bias but the Starbucks are better in suburbs where I live, however when I’m in DC I would like to taste my coffee and not experience 7/11 based coffee.
