The staff has to be the most HOOD team I’ve ever experienced there... I’ll stick to the Starbucks by the library cause this one is just terrible! I walk in to a line of people, and the staff is hiding in the back not dealing with any of the guest and they finally come out of the back and they are arguing with each other not paying any of the customers any attention... then, once they start taking orders in between people giving orders they continue to argue with each other....read full review
When the right ppl are working its a great experience. Other times the service is slow, inaccurate and rude. And there is normally a very long wait to be disappointed.

This Starbucks location has friendly and helpful staff who provide great customer service. Baristas work quickly and are willing to remake drinks if needed. Orders placed via the app are ready promptly. The space is small but clean, and staff greet customers warmly. However, there have been issues with nitro cold brews, which often have too much foam and require a wait. Overall, a busy but efficient and welcoming spot.
