Just took a coffee and both ladies were really unpleasant, laughing between the two because I couldn't hear what they were asking because of the very loud music. They were also making fun of my English. You shouldn't work in a place like this when you can't behave with other person.

The woman barista very rude. You may check your cctv, i already ask to use my reward for my thumbler ( i buy 3 thumbler, my reward got 2 free thumbler ). After the man barista fix the refund etc ( thanks to him ). Continue with that woman “again” I order cafe mocha for my husband ( have starbucks thumbler that i bring ) she didn’t put the disc for using thumbler. After no more line up, i buy for myself with the new thumbler. She said can’t made it, i have to wash the thumbler by myself, they don’t wash it for us ( i go so many starbucks many country, they always wash the thumbler, some even the used one ). She very rude and put rudely my thumbler and you can hear the sound of it. I still very patient and put my manner over rude person.

5 stars so yall would see it change the joint to say yall close at 7 because I walked all the way there and got there around 7:14 only to be told they closed at 7 so change the close date on maps as to not confuse future customers please
The employees are very rude. I asked for brown sugar and then 2 more regular sugar and the person replied to us very rude if there is anything else what you need?omg. So bad

The WORST Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. Last week order pink drink(regular ice) and got a cup full of ice - basically an un-blended Frappuccino version of pink drink. So this week I order no ice, and this is what I got. I told the bartender this doesn’t look like pink drink, there seems to be sth wrong with the coconut milk, and the bartender said this is how pink drink without ice is like. ?!?!?!?!?!
