A busy spot with lots of energy and fun staff. Starbucks coffee is the same everywhere but the atmosphere here makes the visit worth it.

SLOWEST STARBUCKS EVER LITERALLY

I was very disappointed with this Starbucks. First of I waited in line more than 5 minutes there were none employees. We tried to understand they were close or not. Then, one lady came in with with very mad face asking our orders. After that, we got our order. I asked her which one was the latte which one was the tea. She responded so unprofessionally to us. Also, the place wasn’t clean either. I was so surprised to this happened in Starbucks in Washington D.C.Honestly, not even a one star….

Title: A Stellar Starbucks Experience!Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5)Review:I recently visited my local Starbucks, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I entered, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with comfortable seating options and a calming ambiance. The cleanliness and organization of the store were impeccable, adding to the overall positive impression. Now, let's talk about the beverages. Starbucks truly knows how to create a perfect cup of coffee. Whether you're a fan of their signature blends or prefer something more unique, their extensive menu offers something for every taste. The baristas exhibited their expertise, crafting my order with precision and care. The result was a delicious and aromatic beverage that surpassed my expectations.Aside from the amazing coffee, Starbucks also offers a wide range of food options. From freshly baked pastries to hearty sandwiches, there's a treat for every craving. I appreciate the variety and quality of their food selection, providing a satisfying complement to their beverages. What sets Starbucks apart is their commitment to customer satisfaction. The staff was attentive, ensuring that my order was prepared to my liking. They were knowledgeable about the menu and gladly answered any questions I had. Their dedication to providing a personalized experience left a lasting impression on me.Lastly, I'd like to commend Starbucks for their sustainability efforts. They have made significant strides in reducing their environmental impact, such as implementing eco-friendly cups and promoting recycling initiatives. It's heartening to support a company that prioritizes sustainability and takes steps towards a greener

Usually in and out in 10mins but I had to wait 30 mins just for them not to heat my ham and Swiss on baguette. I watched the lady heat at least 15 different items after my sandwich was giving while leaving my sandwich on the counter. They have no regard to customers time or customer service at all.
All Starbucks tend to work at having that friendly neighborhood, community vibe....this one is no exception considering that it's on a college campus. It's a small location but offers up great customer service despite that gets a lot of foot traffic. At this locations you'll find all your typical Starbucks drinks and menu items. Plus, grab-n-go food items, SB branded coffee mugs/thermos, and whole-bean coffee. They also participate in the Starbucks reward program and deals....which is great in comparison to most Starbucks college campus locations and grocery stores that tend to not participate in added perks. The staff are very friendly and welcoming as well. The only grip I would say is to be forewarned that the service can be a bit slow at peak times, unfortunately not to their fault. Being that it's on a college campus, this location gets real busy and can be crowded during early mornings and school hours, but they work to keep the lines moving and filling orders without any issues in my experience coming here. So for me it's all good and no complaints in my end. All things considering, the staff here works hard and keep smiles on their faces.....which is all even more impressive when you consider that this small Starbucks location serves three surrounding neighborhoods (Shaw / Ledroit Park / Bloomingdale), the University campus and student body, ....& a nearby Research Hospital! Tip well!...They deserve it! In all, great place to hang out, take a break or study in between classes....or just frequent for regular coffee!

It's close to the Howard campus and attached to the bookstore so VERY convenient for the students. The staff are helpful and friendly most of the time, their coffee and snacks -well go without saying. Yum

Starbucks Georgia Ave on Howard U, is the Greatest. The Baristas are very outgoing, friendly and welcoming. The campus atmosphere was nostalgic and took me back to a place in ⏲️...**@ #whereWerewe? You get it....

Service was slow as less staff was there to handle the customers. The place is relatively small as compared to other places.

I love me some Starbucks and I visit this location weekly early-ish on Sundays, but I gotta tell ya: it is chronically understaffed. I can get in at a quarter past and, even as the 3rd person in line, it isn't off for me to wait 15 minutes to order and another 10 before my drink is made. They get a high volume of online orders. And their music is way too loud, especially with ppl wearing masks. You already can't hear what ppl say.??That being said, the staff are always friendly and helpful. Management just needs to work out staffing on Sundays. I'm sure the ppl there working would appreciate not having to wear roller skates. I usually have to take my drink and run whereas 4 years ago I could set a spell and read the paper before I had to get up the road. Work it out, Magic Johnson?
