Came in on 11/15/25 during a work break and received stellar customer service from Lavonda. I love the Caramel Brulee but I wanted to try something different. I went with the Gingerbread Chai Latte (with hesitation), and I'm glad I did. It was actually pretty tasty. I would get it again. Still not better that the Caramel, but a solid 2nd place. Thanks Lavonda.

The ladies who work there are great. Really tried there best with a bunch of dysfunctional set of crew members. Saw me waiting and helped right away with finding my coffee for pick up. While the the male coworkers are taking there time and could care less. My coffee was not good. Unfortunately will not be back. To many other options to pay for bad coffee and poor customer service here.

Today I went very happily to buy a coffee and a soft drink, but the lady who was serving completely ruined the day. She was very rude and annoying, and even though we thanked her, she didn't even respond. I definitely won't be back. 👎

Paid for extra caramel and didn’t get it, the worker tried arguing with me but I didn’t have time I had to go to church. I wanted a refund but I just took it because he was causing a scene over me being dissatisfied with my order.

I love my Starbucks family, they always take good care of me. They ask how I'm doing and they are never too busy for a short chat and I need it sometimes because I'm a full time caregiver and some days are rough.

I came all the way up to starbucks and they closed early. They are here, but they are closed and cleaning because they have an inspection tomorrow. They ought to be clean every day all day, not just the day of an inspection.
