In Latin America, coffee farms are often run by families, with their own homes on the same land where their coffee grows. We've sipped coffee with these farmers for decades, sitting on their verandas, overlooking the lush beauty of the coffee trees rolling out in the distance. Most times it was a lightly roasted coffee like this one. It took us more than 80 tries to get it right-mellow and flavorful with a nice softness.

THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE VIEWS WERE INCOMPREHENSIBLE. WE'RE TALKIN STREETS, CARS, THE POTOMAC RIVER, AND THE JEFFERSON MONUMENT. YEA YOU HEARD ME RIGHT. Sat in here for hours on my computer. Great WiFi and even better coffee. It had friendly staff, a clean appearance, and did I mention the WiFi was great? Order the white chocolate mocha or you’re weird. I didn’t take any pics in there cuz you all know what a Starbucks looks like. If you don’t, go there and get a white chocolate mocha.

My sister and I came out of town to visit the Artechouse across the street yesterday and decided to stop by this Starbucks in the morning for breakfast! We got 2 iced lavender oat milk lattes, 1 cheese and tomato sandwich, and spinach egg feta wrap. Not only was the cashier super nice, but I was impressed by quick and efficient the team was moving to handle the morning rush. One of them handed the drinks directly to every person!

Also, big shoutout and kudos...
