I find it frustrating that if you order a drink in a mug - for here - you’re still stuck behind dozens of online orders. I ordered a drink and there were only two other people in the store and yet it took almost 15 minutes to receive my one beverage. I don’t think that makes sense as a good service policy to customers who are actually staying in the shop. If you order in person there should be some level of priority over online orders. It’s a bad experience.

Be careful ordering from this location, specifically on UberEats. The quality of what you get is hit or miss. I usually order caramel macchiatos and the last few times I’ve ordered from here on UberEats it’s tasted like brown flavorless water. Even when I’ve paid more for syrups. Today I tried a different drink thinking they just can’t make macchiatos, so I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte. It tasted like something was burned or had turned. I get almond milk so I’m not sure if that was bad but it tasted disgusting and I poured it out. I can’t even get my money back from UberEats. Beware.

I really loved this Starbucks! The staff use sign language, and it’s so nice and special. Their service is excellent, and everyone is kind and respectful. I’m so happy that Starbucks gives jobs to people with hearing impairment it touched my heart to see how connection can go beyond words. 💚

I truly loved this branch — it’s incredibly special. I hadn’t realized that the partners here are part of the Deaf community, and it made the experience even more meaningful. I wish I knew sign language so I could communicate with them directly. Thank you, Starbucks, for creating such a beautiful and heartfelt experience. It’s something I’ll always remember.

Best Starbucks on the planet.

I visited with my daughter, who is learning ASL in high school, and the staff were so kind and patient with her as she signed our order, and our drinks were delicious (Jai, who took our order, was very kind to her as she worked on her finger spelling, and offered a couple of very gentle and appreciated ASL corrections). We pass at least a dozen Starbucks locations when we drive from our house to this location, but we will definitely be back. This was a very special experience.

The person working the register today was amazing! I think his name was Yiuan. Super friendly and had such a great attitude, even though it was busy. They made me feel welcome right away and double-checked my order to make sure everything was right. Honestly, their good energy made my coffee run a lot better!

I came to Starbucks to pick up a friend and planned to order something but the worker at front desk was literally talking shit about customer that was literally still waiting to order food and drink i knew what they was saying because I am deaf. I walked out and didnt ordered anything because that was very unprofessional of them to do that while working.
