This location demonstrates that not all Starbucks are the same— this is the only location I will go to. The friendliest & best baristas.

The person working the register today was amazing! I think his name was Yiuan. Super friendly and had such a great attitude, even though it was busy. They made me feel welcome right away and double-checked my order to make sure everything was right. Honestly, their good energy made my coffee run a lot better!

I came to Starbucks to pick up a friend and planned to order something but the worker at front desk was literally talking shit about customer that was literally still waiting to order food and drink i knew what they was saying because I am deaf. I walked out and didnt ordered anything because that was very unprofessional of them to do that while working.
Most of the staff were deaf and their colleagues were signing with them. The service was so kind and patient. I hope other establishments become more inclusive like this location!

Lost my voice after being sick recently so it was nice for that to not be a barrier here. The staff seemed nice and I liked the murals

It’s over 100 degrees outside today—feels like 114. I walked into this Starbucks, where I spend nearly $20 every single day, and asked for a cup of ice water. I was told I had to buy something to get a water. Mind you, I wasn’t asking for a latte or a pastry. Just ice water. In dangerous heat.
This isn’t about policy—it’s about compassion. I can see if I was coming in asking for something free every day, but I’m a loyal customer. What if I was about to pass out? What if someone else was? The fact that I was denied something so basic on a day like today honestly says a lot.
I used to go out of my way to support this location, especially knowing Starbucks' rocky history. I thought this one was different. Clearly, I was wrong.
Do better.

The place was amazing. I thought it was really cool that all the employees were deaf. At first my dad couldn’t figure out how to order with all the workers being deaf. The food was the same.
This is a wonderful experience of community inclusion! Thank you Starbucks for providing this opportunity. I heard about this location the last time I was in the area and made sure to put in the time to come this time. I am glad I did. Friendly staff that were fun! Yes, there may be some communication barriers for those who are not familiar with ASL, but there’s ways around that and it’s an uplifting and beautiful place. To those who have a 1 star due to not getting your complicated order 100% correct- do us all a favor and go to a different location!
absolutely love this starbucks
I ordered a butter croissant to try and it came out fresh, a quick service. I loved the croissant! Refreshing boxed apple juice waiting for me.. oh yes! I’ll come back again!
So, the only reason why I rate this a 1 stars is because the worker named Chelsea was pretty rude.
