Service is bad. They prioritize orders online, but they are careless about the clients in person. It is the second time I waited for 15 minutes to get my coffee "on the go" and have left with no coffee and less money.

Probably the friendliest Starbucks in the world. I was welcomed, everyone was smiling, and they were efficient.My nitro cold brew tasted watered down, but that was the only thing wrong. Great service and they heated the chocolate croissant.

My go to Starbucks. It’s sometimes filled with loud obnoxious school kids getting free water, which they admirably tolerate, but it’s near my Pilates class and I treat myself to a Frappuccino.

On 10/7 I visited this Starbucks location to simply order a drink and enjoy my afternoon. Instead, both me and the majority of patrons were harassed and threatened by deranged man (not a customer) who was likely strung out on drugs and/or incredibly mentally ill. He approached all female patrons, many of who were teenagers, getting incredibly close and saying inappropriate and vile things. He took pleasure in the discomfort of others and mocked their fear. He stood in the doorway and blocked patrons from entering, intimating paying customers from even crossing the threshold of the store. The atmosphere was painfully tense and uncomfortable. It was not until the man used the internal lock on the front door and locked everyone inside the store that the 1 of 4 employees finally “intervened” by halfheartedly asking him to leave. He then asked for water which they agreed to get for him, instead of giving him a water and forcing him out, employees dilly dallied and continued to inefficiently prepare drinks. Obviously, he went right back to harassing patrons with no consequences while paying customers left without getting their beverages due to the atmosphere. In my less than 10 minutes there, I saw at least 5 people decide not to enter the store and 3 prematurely leave before getting their items.Establishments such as this one who continue to let their business be loitering grounds for unstable and threatening individuals will be forced to close their doors due to lack of patronage and/or becoming the site of a violent crime. Truly a sad state of affairs.

I'd like to thank Keon for brightening my day when all I came in for was a plain cup of coffee. We started joking about what kind of sweetener when I said fake sugar and he said what color and I said all of them and we both started laughing. The facility is depressing, everything has been ripped out or boarded up due to the rampant crime and homelessness, compared to the way it was five years ago. No place to even put a cup down, just grab and go, but it's not their fault.

Service is horrible. The cashier (twin is what was on her name tag) chatted with a regular customer. Even after the customer walked away and started asking the barista that was making her drinks questions, the cashier proceed to answer questions as if the barista couldn't tend to her and she gets back to ringing people up. I asked her if she could ring me up with a nasty look she says yes then proceeds again to talking to the other customers. First and last time there. I am all about customer service and this location customer service needs a lot of improvement or different workers who will treat everyone fairly!!!!

I find myself frequenting Starbucks quite often, especially on busy mornings. The consistency in their coffee's taste, regardless of which location I visit, is something I truly appreciate. The menu offers a variety of options, catering both to traditional coffee lovers and those seeking more unique flavors. The mobile ordering feature has been a timesaver on many occasions, allowing me to grab my drink and go. Staff is usually friendly and efficient, even during peak hours. While it's a known chain, the reliability and familiarity of Starbucks keep me coming back.

Itallya is the best barista EVER! This particular Starbucks is always busy, and today I went in and was surprised to see she was fulfilling drink orders by herself. There were only 2 staff members in the shop, Itallya and her manager. They did the best they could but Itallya was so cheerful even with the overwhelming situation. She continued to make excellent drinks and maintain her cool even in such a chaotic environment. She deserves to manage her own location because she was showcasing the lost art of show up, providing consistency, and showing value. THANK YOU ITALLYA!!
