The staff seems disgruntled. The take out is the worse I've seen. They never call names just sit food on the counter. If you're not gonna call names at least don't cover up the names so everyone isn't touching other people's cups. ?

Just moved across the street from here and well the customer service still sucks from last year! I would rather walk down the street to the full Starbucks where they at least speak to you. My name was on the cup she could have at least called it to say my drink was ready …good mornings not acknowledged

I don't know if there's another Starbucks with more unfriendly miserable staff. The service is awful, unpleasant and the drinks never taste the same as it does at other stores. If I could give no stars I would!! It's such an unpleasant experience coming into this Starbucks.

They don’t know how to get a drink right then get mad when you let them know it’s a young rude lady in there with braids she’s always rude said she about to start putting water in the drinks I spend to much money in that place to be treated like trash in can’t enjoy my drink I had to throw it away it as trash please get knew brista in nicer people I’m very upset

Ordered ahead on the app and got to the store. Waited more than 30 minutes and no barista or staff. Only a handwritten note that said they were on their 30 minutes. I was able to get a refund from Starbucks customer service but it’s unacceptable to not have a store staffed when it’s open.

I've visited various Starbucks locations over the years and, as always, I appreciate the consistency in service and product. This particular branch was no exception. The atmosphere was comfortable, making it a good spot for both a quick coffee run or to sit down with a laptop for some work. The staff was efficient and friendly, ensuring my order was prepared correctly and in a timely manner. I opted for my usual latte and it met the taste expectations I've come to associate with Starbucks. It's always reassuring to know that wherever I go, I can rely on Starbucks for a familiar coffee experience.

The cutest! Best customer service and the little things matter. I realized I didn't write the first review when I took that first picture last week. This location had great customer service the first time I came in and today. Today was even FREE cup day! How cute is that? Also, I asked for a bag bc I got food as well. The young man out a cup holder in the bag too. Well isn't that amazing!? I never saw that before. I'm impressed and looking forward to my praline warm drink.

Rude customer service, paid me no attention, when my coffee was ready they didn’t even bother to let me know, & cussing all kind of profanities in front of my kids. So sad, I’ll gladly won’t go back!

Food and drink tasted great, however, the service from one of the baristas left a bad taste in my mouth. I felt disrespected when I asked if they had any plastic knives, and he just refused to look at me while shaking his head and pointed at the other staff members, as if he's not allowed to look at me or listen to my question. I understand the plastic knives may not be his section, but, he could've responded in a more friendly and professional way.Additionally, the staff piled up mobile orders on the side, without calling out the names. Which, left me having to look through the large pile of orders for my coffee and bagel. Luckily, I was able to find the bagel in the large pile of orders, but I couldn't see my coffee after checking twice already, so I waited.One of the more professional baristas kept checking in with me for my coffee order, which I appreciated, but it took about 5 mins to figure out where the order was.
