Fail. This franchise is quieter but worse quality and service than the company store on the next block. Matcha with foam without syrup comes with neither (easily confused). Iced matcha without ice is only half full (sassy reply that I requested no ice). Matcha never fully blended. More attitude than the company store next door who happily corrects mistakes (foamed coffee when ordered foamed matcha).
Good Management, most of staff friendly & energetic 👍🏽
I love some starsbucks. Im not a coffee drinker but I love the medicine ball or the strawberry acai refresher. My go to snack is the lemon pound cake or the birthday cake pop. Speedy and fast service. Glad they double layered my cup.
