This is probably the worst starbucks i have been to in my entire life (not to be dramatic lol). I know they are usually busy so I order online extremely in advanced and yet show up an hour and 15 minutes after i placed my online order and it was still not ready (this happens pretty consistently). Staff is often rude as well just get coffee anywhere other than this location.

I don’t know what happened recently but over the last 2 weeks this Starbucks staff has changed and gone from fantastic to the worst possible service. Everytime I go in there’s only 3 employees with at least 2 on their phones and the third having the worst attitude. I try to give them grace and patience because it looks like they’re understaffed and underworked but when you get barked at for asking for simple supplies - cup holder, bag, napkins are out, etc. multiple times… there comes a point where that’s no longer acceptable.

Great Area. Seating is great. The customer service is random. Depends on the day . Today in particular i ordered three danishes, the fact that I'm in store and told the lady what i ordered they could have told me they didn’t have what I wanted but instead warmed up something completely didnt and put it in the bag that says what I ordered. In a rush i grabbed and walked out, not realizing till i left. Like i was waiting about 10min and in that 10min she couldn't mention it but okay.

I am DONE with this Starbucks. I go there because it’s on my way to work but it has been a handful of times that I have to wait over 20 minutes for my coffee, even though I placed it in the app 20 minutes prior to getting there. For such a big corporation, Starbucks needs to come up with a better system to prevent their worker from getting overwhelmed and their customers waiting a ridiculous amount of time for their beverages.

Double check your orders, they can't seem to get their orders right. Poor customer service, seems like they operate like a gas station Starbucks.

Probably the worst run Starbucks I've ever been to. They never make your order right and make you feel bad when you ask for it to be made correctly. There are crowds of over 20 people waiting for drinks and the employees are gossiping or taking selfies behind the counter. I'd give it a zero if I could. If you live in navy yard, go to the one in Harris teeter instead.

Sat on the high top after it was cleaned.. with bleach. Stained my black shirt before a meeting. I will now have to it throw away. Pissed.Updating this post: I spoke with the very kind manager who gave me access to a number to submit a claim. They gave me credit, which was acceptable for me. The manager also gave me a free drink. Thank you!

Usually jammed. Have waited 45 minutes for an espresso or only to find out they are out of what I ordered. Staff is nice and understanding but they should turn off mobile ordering when it gets this busy.
