Not really a Starbucks guy too expensive for black coffee but I like coffee... preference. I love the Safeway that the Starbucks is in. iI reflects the attention to detail, hard work and effort of the day to day workers. Awesome
Coffee is good but we need more than one person working here on Saturday, line backed out the door of the Safeway with a 20 min wait for a cup of drip coffee? I saw several customers walk away as I waited through the line. Re-evaluate your strategy management, the current strategy is a failure and costing the owner money everyday. Customer service is similar to other stores near the ghetto of SW, bare minimum with an attitude.
Kevin was amazing, he took great care of me. Seems as if he had a lot of work to do however was very friendly and helpful! Service was prompt and accurate especially considering my order was very detailed and specific!
